Make a cured incision 5 cm long on the medial aspect of the joint (Fig. 1-24, A). Begin it just proximal to the interphalangeal joint, cure it oer the dorsum of the metatarsophalangeal joint medial to the extensor hallucis longus tendon, and end it on the medial aspect of the first metatarsal 2.5 cm proximal to the joint.

于关节内侧做一5cm弧形切口(图1-24，A)，切口起自趾间关节近端，弧形延伸至拇趾跖趾关节的背侧，拇长伸肌腱内侧，终止于跖趾关节近侧2.5 cm处的第一跖骨内侧面。

Dissect the fascia from the dorsum down to the bursa over the medial aspect of the metatarsal head. Then make a curved incision through the bursa and capsule of the joint Fig. 1-24,; begin the incision over the dorsomedial aspect of the joint, continue it proximally dorsal to the metatarsal head and then plantarward and distalward around the joint, and end it distally on the medioplantar aspect of the metatarsophalangeal joint.

Follow-up 1 month later, the patients had good function of velopharyngeal closure.conclusionthis technique is useful to repair soft palate fissure after palatorrhaphy and reconstruct the palatopharyngeal function.

术后1月复诊，腭中部伤口及双侧松弛切口愈合良好，腭咽闭合功能得到明显改善，效果良好。结论：furlow法联合双侧松弛切口整复腭裂术后软腭复裂是一种有效的手术方法。

（1）Bullae of lung ruptured spontaneous pneumothorax is the best indication for VATS,which has the advantages of less trauma and ache,short operation time,quick recovery and small incision;（2）Recurrent unilateral spontaneous pneumothorax with contineous air leakage of 7 days after closed thoracic drainage,bilateral spontaneous pneumothorax should be treated by VATS;（3）Spontaneous pneumothorax with pleura adhesion can be treated by pneumonolysis and bullae of lung excision under thoracoscopy assisted small incision operation.

疗效满意。结论：（1）肺大泡破裂自发性气胸是胸腔镜手术最佳的适应证，与传统开胸手术相比，胸腔镜手术具有患者创伤小，手术时间短，术后疼痛轻，康复快，符合美容要求等特点；（2）反复发作的单侧自发性气胸，行胸腔闭式引流术后持续漏气7d，双侧自发性气胸，不论是否同时发作都可考虑胸腔镜手术治疗；（3）自发性气胸并胸膜粘连可用胸腔镜辅助小切口行粘连松解肺大泡切除术；（4）为减少一次性材料的消耗，降低手术成本，可辅助小切口使用常规胸科手术器械完成手术；（5）为减少术后复发率需行胸膜固定术。

Methods 28 cases with BPH and inguinal hernia, 10 cases underwent suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy and preperitoneal inguinal herniorrhaphy through hypogastric median incision and 18cases underwent Filling prosthesis of no -tension hernia through oblique hernia incision and TURP.

The use of antibiotic in peroperative period of LC can't decrease the incidence rate of the incision,abdominal and pulmonic infection;but the antibiotis can decrease the pollution of incision and abdominal cavity,shorten the operative time.
