Based on Hierarchical Intelligent Cuttings algorithm and non-conflict function, a novel IP packet classification named HICNCH( the algorithm based on Hierarchical Intelligent Cuttings and Non-Collision Hash) is proposed. Also the least square method is proposed to improve the rule of cutting tree and cutting efficiency is improved greatly.

然后基于层次智能切割算法，同时构造无冲突的哈希函数，提出了一种新的IP分类算法，即基于层次智能切割和无冲突哈希算法，并且提出利用最小二乘法改进了层次智能切割树分割域的判定准则，使分割更加高效。

Then we discuss the graphs which the GLR equation contains. We find that GLR had summed up some unreasonable cut graphs but lost some necessary cut graphs because of the application of the AGK cutting rule. Further more, GLR ignored the interference diagrams and their equation does not satisfy the momentum conservation.

接着，我们介绍GLR方程，分析它所考虑的高扭度过程，指出它由于运用了AGK切割规则而计算了一些不合理的切割图，并因此遗漏了一些应该有的切割图，且它不满足动量守恒。
