Objective To determine the effectiveness and safety of hysteroscopic TVRC for the diagnosis and management of cervical lesion, and comparate pathology between TVRC and colposcopic multiple biopsies and cervical .pap smear.

目的 探讨宫腔镜下宫颈电切术诊断和治疗宫颈病变的效果以及TVRC与阴道镜下多点活检的病理检查结果及宫颈细胞学涂片结果的一致性。

METHODS: The model of tissue damaged submandibular gland in 10 rats was made by deligation. One week later, the gland tissue was obtained to harvest submandibular gland stem/progenitor cells by enzyme digestion in vitro. Following 10-14 days of primary culture, small round cells were collected, purified and subcultured for monoclonal culture.

10只大鼠采用结扎下颌下腺主导管、抑制腺体分泌来建立组织损伤模型，1周后切取腺体组织，酶消化法体外分离下颌下腺干/祖细胞，原代培养10~14 d后，挑取培养皿中形成的小的类圆形、类上皮细胞集落予以纯化，传代后进行单克隆培养。

性能评价试验结果显示，稠化剂TP-1的酸溶时间小于10 m in，具有很好的溶解能力；TP-1对酸液的增黏作用明显，(4%TP-1+20%HC l)酸溶液90℃下表观黏度达到46 mPa.s，120℃下表观黏度27 mPa.s。同时TP-1表现出较强的耐剪切能力和良好的配制稳定性，有利于酸化措施效果的提高。

Using FEM, the coupled action of thermal stress and crustal stress has been taken into account. METHODS: CD44v6 protein was detected by SP immunohistochemical method in the tissues of rectal cancer, mesorectum (2 cm distal from the tumor), and distal mesorectal margin (5 cm distal from the tumor) from 47 rectal cancer patients received total mesorectal excision. RESULTS: CD44v6 was highly expressed in the tissues of rectal cancer.

行全直肠系膜切除术的直肠癌患者47例于直肠癌组织、直肠系膜（距肿瘤下缘2 cm）、直肠系膜远端切缘（距肿瘤下缘5 cm）取病理标本，采用免疫组化SP法对标本进行CD44v6检测。

Results 155 biopsies were taken from fluorescent and nonfluorescent areas (2.8 per patient) to check the effectiveness of the new method.

术中对普通光下及蓝光下的可疑部位取活检，并对活检部位电切和电灼，活检组织送病理检查。

结果 经后部颞下锁孔入路可以充分暴露小脑幕切迹区、环池、中脑背外侧、滑车神经及伴行的小脑上动脉、大脑后动脉（p2、p3段）、脉络膜后内侧动脉、四叠体池。labbe静脉对后部颞下锁孔入路无影响。
