The key factors to make the slide is controlled to make the model be similar in geometry, material and fabric with the antetype, then simulate the infection of river ,digging of road and so on, measure the data of the distortion of model, analyze the reason of the distortion and factors of the slide.

试验抓住造成滑坡的主要因素，根据所得的岩石力学参数及结构面参数，在几何条件、模型材料、结构面条件等方面都基本满足相似原理的情况下，对模型进行了河流下切、公路开挖等条件的模拟，测量观察边坡的卸荷回弹与层面的弯曲变形情况，利用所测数据分析论证滑坡的形成机制和影响因素。

Method］reversed sural neurofasciocutaneous flap with muscle was applied for repairing the soft tissue defect simultaneous open fracture of tibia lower section 6 cases,the soft tissue defect simultaneous chronic osteomyelitis of tibia lower section 5 case,the soft tissue defect of sole of foot simultaneous calcaneus epicarp 3 case, the soft tissue defect of sole of foot simultaneous calcaneus osteomyelitis or dead space 2 case. the scope of the flap was 18 c m×13 cm～11 c m×7 c m and that of the gastrocnemius flap was 4 cm×3 cm～9 c m×6 cm,the thickness was 1～3 cm,the skin flap was bigger than the muscle flap.

方法］自2004年6月以来，应用带肌肉的腓动脉穿支蒂腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复小腿下段及足踝部软组织缺损16例，其中胫骨下段开放性骨折伴软组织缺损6例，胫骨下段软组织缺损伴慢性骨髓炎5例，足后跟足底软组织缺损伴跟骨表层组织缺损3例，跟骨骨髓炎伴窦道2例，皮瓣面积30 cm×10 cm～6 cm× 4.5cm，切取的腓肠肌瓣面积4 cm×3 cm～9 cm×6 cm，肌肉厚度1～3 cm，皮瓣面积比肌瓣的面积要大。

The results indicate that multisource fatigue core appear in the axe surface non-metallic inclusion distributing place by bending and retortion circle stress; The crack selevtivity expand to form the fatigue step along inclusion distributing route in the cut stress; The crack celerity expand to form the fatigue striation when puff part adequacy long in the positive stress.

结果表明：辊轴在弯曲、扭转循环应力作用下，表面非金属夹杂物分布位置出现多源疲劳核心；在切向应力作用下裂纹沿夹杂物分布路径选择性扩展构成疲劳台阶；当断面张开部分足够长时，在正向应力作用下发生快速扩展，微观形成疲劳辉纹。

通过对开挖后的无衬砌隧道进行竖向位移、剪切应力、塑性区及围岩达到屈服状态时的位移矢量分析研究，总结出结构面两侧岩体上强下弱或下弱上强的状况下，围岩的力学特性和破坏模式；对隧道的选址、支护结构的设计和施工具有广泛的借鉴意义与指导作用。

Results: The suprascapular nerve not only has its starting point and entering-muscle points, but also has two limit-points, it has turn-angle about 50° at spinoglenoid notch, supraspinatus muscle branch 44, infra-spinatus muscle branch 44, upper articular branch 42, lower articular branch 53, and sensory branch 37. The branches innervate supraspinatus muscle、infraspinatus muscle and the shoulder joint.

结果：肩胛上神经行程迂曲，有起点、入肌点两个固定点，另有肩胛上孔、肩胛下孔两个约束点，在冈盂切迹处形成大约50°左右的转折角，发出冈上肌支44支、冈下肌支44支、上关节支42支、下关节支53支、感觉支37支，分布于冈上肌、冈下肌和肩关节等处。

Objective: To provide anatomic data for treating tumors in the posterior and middle tentorial incisural space through comparing anatomic features of the median and paramedian infratentorial-supracerebellar approaches. Methods: 10 formalin-fixed cadaveric specimens were dissected in steps by using the standard median and paramedian infratentorial-supracerebellar approaches under operating microscope respectively.

等离子射频技术应用于消化内镜下息肉切除，具有安全、疗效可靠，其疗效与高频电切相当，且能够在内镜反转状态针对胃底、直肠下段等特殊部位息肉实施有效切除，在术后愈合时间上明显优于对照组，可尝试作为内镜下切除消化道息肉的首选方法，对具有消化内镜诊疗条件的医疗机构，值得临床推广应用。

Methods:One hundred and six disarticulated human verebrae(C3～C7)were evaluated with computed tomography to determine vertebral bone mineral density.Pedicle screws and lateral mass screws were inserted to the left and right at random.Screws were loaded either axially strictly longitudinal to failure or in a coronal plane strictly perpendicular to the logitudinal axis,the strengths and displacements were recorded.

方法解离C3～C7骨块120个随机分为两组，测量每个椎体骨的松质骨密度，同一节段椎体随机配对置入椎弓根和侧块螺钉，在位移控制下分别测量位移控制下的平均最大拔出阻力和压力控制下的切向弹性与永久位移。

Cervical spine digital models (C3~C7) were reconstructed, and obtained the biggest projection borderline and its inner circle of C3~C7. Then recorded the radius of the inner circle of each inner borderline and its center coordinate point. Simulating fixation screw were entered C3~C7 in different angles of transverse plane direction.

In the process of impact of abrasive jet on rock, resulting dynamic stress plays an important role in rock destruction. The stress wave resulted makes local rock tensile and shearing, then makes rock destructed. In the conditions of some hypotheses, the mechanical model that rock is applied by stress wave, i.e. jet wave basic equations, are set up by wave theory, and the formula of the maximum normal stress resulted by stress wave is deduced according to known boundary conditions.
