Methods Postoperatively, 1 294 eyes of 1 262 patients with rhegmatogenous RD including 243 emmetropic and 1 031 myopic eyes were retrospectively studied. The affects of proliferative vitreoretinopathy, posterior vitreous detachment, vitreous liquefaction and concentration on the surgical prognosis were evaluated.

回顾1996年1月至1997年7月在我院行手术治疗的孔源性视网膜脱离患者1 262例（1 294只眼），其中近视眼RD组1 031只眼，正视眼RD组243只眼，并研究增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变（proliferative vitreoretinopathy，PVR）的分级及玻璃体后脱离(posterior vitreous detachment，PVD)、液化、浓缩等对手术预后的影响。

The known factors that can influence the recurrence and metastasis of operable breast cancer can be divided into two groups. One group of the factors are the clinical and pathological factors, which include age, pathological type, histological and nuclear degree, size of tumor, lymph node status, hormone receptor status, operation mode, adjuvant chemotherapy, endocrinotherapy, radiotherapy and newcome biotherapy, neo-adjuvant chemotherapy and endocrinotherapy.

目前已知的影响可手术乳腺癌术后复发转移的因素可分为两类，一类是临床病理因素，包括患者年龄、肿瘤病理类型、组织学分级和核级、肿瘤分期(包括肿瘤局部情况和区域淋巴结状态)、激素受体状态、手术方式、术后辅助化疗、内分泌治疗、放射治疗以及近年来新出现的生物治疗、新辅助化疗、新辅助内分泌治疗等。

After selective extraction, the cyst wall of two kind of resting cysts displayed a filament network. In the resting cysts of Tachysoma pellionella and Euplotes encysticus, the filament was located in mesocyst and endocyst respectively. On the other hand, a special filament scaffold region was observed below the cyst wall in two kind of cysts. Compared with the true IF which was located in central part of cyst, the filament of this region was net as well as uniform, and no any cytoplasm residue can be seen in this region. In the resting cyst of Euplotes encysticus, a filamental boundry which partitioned the special filament scaffold region and the true IF region was observed.

两类休眠包囊的包囊壁经生化分级抽提后均显示纤维结构，急纤虫休眠包囊中纤维定位于中间层，包囊游仆虫休眠包囊中纤维定位于内层壁；其次，在两类休眠包囊的包囊壁下，相当于细胞质表质层的位置，均有一个特殊的纤维网络区，与细胞质深层的网络区相比，此部分的纤维纯净、均匀，未见附着细胞器及细胞质残留物，在包囊游仆虫休眠包囊中此纤维网络区与真正的细胞质纤维网络之间由纤维构成的界膜隔开。

All patients except one with clinical and radiologic findings suggestive of acute intestinal obstruction underwent single detector row CT of the abdomen and pelvis at the time of admission. One patient underwent CT 4 days after conservative treatment. Four patients with low-grade obstruction underwent enteroclysis, which is particularly helpful in depicting and grading the severity of partial obstruction and demonstrating sites of incomplete obstruction.

除1例病人外所有其他临床和影像学表现怀疑急性肠梗阻的病人在住院时均进行了腹部和盆腔的单排CT扫描，一例病人在经过保守治疗4天后进行了CT扫描；4例轻度梗阻的病人进行了肠道造影，这非常有助于对部分性肠梗阻进行描述和程度分级并显示不完全梗阻的位置。

In RESEE, a fuzzy gradient classification based next hop strategy was designed to balance the energy consumption as a whole. Reject and recommend strategy of low residual energy node, and reactivate strategy of high residual energy node were applied to equilibrize the energy consumption locally.

Cases healthy subjects served as control. In addition, density of glomerular matrix membrane and quantity of cell in glomeruli were measured with CMIAS image analysis system by computer. Global sclerosis, cellular crescents, fiber or fibrocellular crescents were measured with Memphis scope. Tubulointerstitial lesions were examined with semi-quantitative grades (including O-III grades).Results Compared to normal control, there was a significant increase of urinary TGF-betaK IL-6 and Col-lV levels in patients with IgAN (p. 01). There were also significantly positive correlation between the levels of urinary TGF-betaK Col-IV and density of glomerular matrix membrane ., interstitial fibrosisp.

采用酶联免疫吸附法测定尿TGF-β1(Transforming growth factor-β1)、尿IL-6(interleukin-6)和尿Col-Ⅳ(type Ⅳ Collagen)；采用免疫组织化学法检测肾组织TGF-β1、Col-Ⅳ表达；应用CMIAS多功能真彩色病理图像分析系统对肾小球基质基底膜面密度和细胞个数进行半定量测定；对球性硬化、节段硬化、细胞新月体及纤维或纤维细胞新月体所占肾小球百分数和肾小球IgA沉积免疫荧光强弱的判断采用Memphis法进行评分；肾小管间质病变程度采用光镜下半定量分级法(包括0-Ⅲ级)。
