Methods 180 patients with uterine myoma peri-menopausal period were randomly divided into three groups. Patients in treatmentⅠgroup (n=100) were given Yiqizhuyu decoction. Patients in treatmentⅡgroup (n=40) were given Yiqizhuyu powder (twice a day, by taking medicine after mixing with water). The re was a discontinuation at menstruation. Patients in control group (n=40) were treated by cassia tuckahoe capsule (3 pills, thrice a day).

将180例围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者随机分为3组，治疗1组100例予益气逐瘀中药煎剂，日1剂，分2次口服；治疗2组40例予益气逐瘀中药颗粒，日1剂，分2次热水冲服；对照组40例予桂枝茯苓胶囊，每次3粒，每日3次口服。3组均经期停服，3个月为1个疗程，2个疗程后统计疗效。

Lines which were 2n=21"+1" and one line which was 2n=20"+2", one line which was 2n=43. The salt-resistance addition line Line15 was confirmed as a Disomic alien addition line by C-banding, SSR, FISH methods, and the two alien addition chromosomes had close correlation with the long arm of the second homoeologous group, the centromere region of the third homoeologous group and the short arm of the seventh homoeologous group. We also confirmed the particular C-banding type of the alien addition chromosomes by C-banding following FISH method. The drought-resistance addition line Line17 was found also as a Disomic alien addition line by SSR and FISH detection. The alien addition chromosomes had close correlation with the short arm of the second homoeologous group.

对导入赖草优质耐盐基因的株系Line15进行了C-分带、荧光原位杂交、SSR相结合的鉴定，确认Line15是一个二体异附加系，附加的一对染色体与小麦的第二同源群长臂、第三同源群着丝粒和第七同源群短臂密切相关，并确定了Line15的外源染色体C-分带特征带型，为目后鉴定Line15附加系的真伪提供了简便快捷的途径；对抗旱附加系Line17进行了荧光原位杂交和SSR检测，得出Line17也是一个二体异附加系，外源染色体与小麦的第四同源群短臂密切相关。

It is suggested that worn surface of PEN tape by sand dust particles showed bi-fractal characteristics.Ploughing and cutting by sand particles and micro-fracture were found to be the two main mechanisms for each fractal characteristics in large and small scale.

There were very significant correlation between single plant yield and the number of compound umbels, umbellules, branches, effective branches, seed number per plant and thousand kernel weight , their correlation coefficients were 0.9040~, 0.8860~, 0.8409~, 0.8336~, 0.8659~ and 0.3925~ respectively.
