Supervised and unsupervised image classification were applied to the study area TM image and t o the paddy field TM image. And the early rice areas were calculated by each met hod. Using the proposed methodology improved the quantitative accuracy of ear ly rice area estimated up to 93.98%, whereas it was 82.83%when image classific ation was used only. The extracted information from the c lassification is belonging to the early rice and not to any other vegetation. Si nce the GIS database is available, the method is easily applicable to any new RS images.

The purpose of this study is to explore the determinants of young consumers' first vehicle purchases by delaminating the factors that general consumers concern about when buying a car. A questionnaire is designed with Analytic Hierarchy process to elicitate young consumers' opinion to analyze the salient determinants of young consumers' first purchase of vehicles. Then we analyzed and optimized the model from the aspects of operating mechanism, data interface and function expandedness. The PCA method was introduced to reduce dimensionality and extract features, then to strengthen the clustering explanation; defined a CMI index, to ascertain the most effective or the best clustering number; A new Anti-NO algorithm was proposed to recognize and to filter the suspecious data in the sample; The medium result of SVM model was used to extract the borderline datas between two classified groups. This research compensated for the achievements of data recognition including pattern data, noises data and borderline data.
