In the light of looking up -finishing-inquiring into the literature,The subject ntegratedly applied the knowledge of botany and phytotomy and Authentication of Chinese Medicines and the experimental technology to study taxonomy and anatomy of Cornus chinense Wanger and its kindred plant.To combine the knowledge of natural medicinal chemistry instrumental analysis,pharmaceutical analysis and experimental technique,Glycosides chemical components of Cornus chinense Wanger and its kindred plant were qualitatively analysised by using TLC.

以文献查阅-整理-调查为基础，综合运用植物学、植物解剖学、中药鉴定学知识与实验技术对川鄂山茱萸及其近缘植物进行分类学处理与解剖学研究，结合天然药物化学、仪器分析、药物分析等学科的知识与实验技术，用TLC定性分析川鄂山茱萸及其近缘植物的苷类化学组分；用HPLC测定川鄂山茱萸不同器官、细胞组织、果实不同采集期的熊果酸、马钱苷的含量并进行色谱条件优化。

The leaf epidermises of the major species of Psathyrostachys , Critesion and Hordelymus in Poaceae were examined, their similarities and differences on the leaf epidermis were summarized, and the taxonomic significance of leaf epidermal features among them also were discussed.

摘要观察了禾本科新麦草属、芒麦草属和三柄麦属主要代表种的叶片表皮形态学特征，总结了三属植物叶表皮结构的异同，探讨了叶表皮特征的分类学意义。

Ganoderma species belong to the kingdom of Fungi, the division of Basidiomycota, the class of Homobasidiomycetes, the order of Aphyllophorales, the family of Polyporaceae and the genus of Ganoderma.

其在分类学上属於担子菌纲、无褶菌目、多孔菌科的灵芝属，可寄生在多种植物邻近根部的树干上，引起木材的白腐朽或根腐。

The other two groups are longan and'Longli, a special germplasm', which is a natural hybrid of litchi and longan. The results from RAPD analysis also showed that longan might be the maternal parent and the extremely early maturing litchi types be the paternal parent since'Longli'is closer to longan in the taxnomy. This information would be useful in the distant crossing breeding to fruit of Sapindaceae family.

根据RAPD分析揭示的多态性水平和聚类分析结果及马贵荔×焦核三月红的F〓杂种群体表现出的广泛分离和父本特有RAPD位点分离方式的偏态性，本研究对荔枝的分类学提出新见解，认为广东的三月红、云南的褐毛荔等极早熟荔枝类型（在广州于5月20目前成熟）在分类上可自成一类，其地位应提高到&变种&一级。

In addition,preliminary investigation about the correlations in the taxonomy, chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Schisandraceae were reviewed based on references.Several correlations between the modern pharmacological researches and traditional therapeutic effects have been found.Moreover,it was also demonstrated the different pharmacological activity is related to the characteristic components of the two genera which provided the theoretical evidence to the further utilization of these plants.

同时，本文还综合了五味子科植物的传统分类学、化学成分研究、现代药理学研究及传统疗效的调查，对五味子科植物的药用植物亲缘学进行了初步探讨，发现五味子科药用植物的现代药理活性研究与传统疗效之间有很好的相关性，且很多活性也找到了相对应的物质基础，同时也向我们提示两属植物功效主治上差别的物质基础与特征性成分有关，为合理开发利用本科药用植物资源提供了理论依据。
