This paper mainly consists of five parts. The Introduction mainly defines the scope and relative concepts, and covers the present situation of research about it. The first chapter traces the Seeing-off-poetry's cultural origin, classifies its emotion contents and artistic achievements, and differentiates the flows from the base of comprehensive reorganization of the Seeing-off-poetry from pre-Qin to latter-Han Dynasty. The second chapter studies its variations about styles, artistic expressions, and gentries' spirit features. And in this part we also discuss the reasons of Four-word-see-off-poetry's booming and its peculiarities in Jin Dynasty. The third chapter demonstrates the influence on Seeing-off-poetry in the Early and Glorious Ages of Tang Dynasty such as the construction ways, poetry images and emotion styles. The Appendix enumerates all the 465 Seeing-off poems' tittles, authors, their birth and dead time, writing time and sources of quotation one by one, so that all of them can be checked to prepare the investigation.

论文主要有五个部分：&绪论&重在界定魏晋南北朝送别诗的研究范围和相关概念，并对其研究现状作一全面回顾；第一章&送别诗溯源&，在全面整理先秦两汉送别诗的基础上，对《诗经》以来送别诗的文化渊源、情感內容和艺术成就分类概说，辨明其源流；第二章&魏晋南北朝送别诗研究&，从诗体、艺术表达、士人精神风貌三个角度研究这一时期送别诗的演变，并探讨两晋时期四言送别诗的繁盛原因及其特点；第三章&对唐代送别诗影响&，从建构方式、诗歌意象、情感风格三个方面论证魏晋南北朝送别诗对初盛唐送别诗的影响；&附录&部分列出魏晋南北朝送别诗系年一览表，分朝代逐条列举魏晋南北朝465首送别诗的诗题、作者、生卒年、创作时间及其出处，以备查考。

A series combined test method tests were performed to determine the liquid-plastic limits of different samples of fine grained soil and silty sand. The result showed that the loglog relationship between the depth of penetration of fall cone and the water content of some samples were clearly not linear, and the liquid-plastic limit could not be obtained according to the linear relation. Effective test data could not be measured within the three arranges of water contents proposed by the present standards. The dependability was necessary to discuss about the liquid-plastic limit test results obtained from three arranges.

采用液、塑限联合测定法针对部分细粒土和粉砂进行液、塑限测定时，发现对于部分细粒土在双对数坐标上圆锥下沉深度与含水率之间的关系并非线性关系，无法依据线性关系确定液、塑限：采用规程建议的三个含水率范围有时根本无法获得有效试验数据；采用规程建议的三个含水率范围确定得到土的液、塑限试验结果的可靠性有待商榷；采用直线段试验数据确定的液、塑限进行分类可能出现相互矛盾甚至错误的结果。

In this paper,the storage forms of sound and image information are first discussed.Then,the authors study and analyse methods and technology that can be used in sound and image retrieval,and give classified expositions.Meanwhile,this paper makes comparative research on data models of the multimedia information retrieval system,proposes that the design of MIRS may base on a RDB system,and it can support storage and retrieval of sound and image information by expanding its ability of managing complex objects and multimedia data.

本文首先分析了声音与图像信息的存贮处理，接着分类阐述了声音、图像信息检索可以采用的方法和技术；在此基础上，对多媒体信息检索系统的数据模型进行了比较研究，提出在目前技术条件下，多媒体信息检索系统的设计可采用现有成熟的关系数据库系统作为基础，并在关系模型里增加处理复杂对象与多媒体数据的能力，以实现对声音、图像等多媒信息的存贮与检索。

Employing a general Monte Carlo code MCNP, the following Monte Carlo calculations which are important in the design of PAN shufflers were done:(1) optimization of moderators;(2) detection efficiency variation with the position of a neutron source;(3) multiplication effects and self-shielding effects;(4) isotopic effects;(5) shielding properties of the storage chamber and the assay chamber;(6) the relation between 〓Cf source strength and background neutron count rates.

本文作者从新闻的定义出发，对虚假新闻的现象进行描述和分类，对虚假新闻的学术研究进行总结，试图将虚假新闻分为&虚新闻&和&假新闻&并阐释&虚新闻&和&假新闻&产生发展的原因和特点，在此基础上论述&虚新闻&和&假新闻&的法律责任，最后提出相关的预防&虚新闻&和&假新闻&的对策。

They were classified into four categories: DCT-to-HT coeffi-cients conversion,fast motion re-estimation and refinement,inter/intra coding mode decision and rate control.

在分析最新的视频编码标准H.264与以前的编码标准差异基础上，针对压缩域的H.264视频转码，系统地研究了其关键技术的进展，并按DCT到HT的系数变换、运动矢量快速重估计、修正和帧内/间编码模式和速率控制等4个方面进行了分类归纳，还对未来本领域值得研究的问题进行了展望和预测。

On the basis of interpreting concepts, combining the analysis of the advantage and disadvantage that focuses on the development of the Press Freedom at all times and in all over the world, I discuss the legal guarantee of the Press Freedom on the basis of analyzing new's legal relation. Moreover, I break through the original research mode, and re-recognize the reasonable restriction of the Press Freedom by the way of classifying news.

The four models were analyzed and normalized. We studied the procedure and method of building forest fire model base. Model base was build by object-oriented method based on category of model. Forest fire spreading models algorithm were implemented. We designed model dictionary base, model file base, and model knowledge base. Model base administration and maintenance functions were developed and implemented model file management, parameter management and knowledge management. The problems of interface between of model base and database were solved by means of model data control files. Model base ensured the availability of supporting for forest fire model suitability selection technology and forest fire model self-adapting updating technology.(3) Based on BP artificial neural network, we designed a frame construction of forest fire model selection of suitability. Forest fire model selection knowledge was produced through BP artificial neural network.
