In the first part of this paper, we concentrate on the categories and character of operational risk, discuss the important affect on financial institution. The present situation of operational risk management in Chinese financial institution is also briefly introduced. In the second part of this paper, the strategy, organization structure and management process of operational risk management is discussed, and some main methodology and system of the internal control of operational risk management in international financial institution are listed here.

本文第一部分简要地介绍了操作风险的分类和基本特征，并分析了操作风险对金融机构的重要影响和我国金融机构操作风险管理现状；第二部分着重讨论操作风险管理的战略，操作风险管理的组织结构、管理流程，以及操作风险管理的内部控制过程，并列举了一些国际上通常的内部控制手段和制度。

The paper also gives an analysis to a champion enterprise in constructing a virtual enterprise, including its function, conditions, and principalship arrangement. Then, the paper discusses the classification of different partner enterprises, and adopt the risk matrix to evaluate the choosing process of partner enterprises. After deciding all member enterprises, the paper puts an emphasis on the construction process and pattern of virtual enterprises. Finally, the paper conducts a detailed study on the integration of core competence, the motivation of virtual enterprises, the distribution of control power and cross-cultural management.

在此基础上，先从盟主企业角度，阐述了在组建虚拟企业过程中，盟主企业担当角色，应有的职能、盟主企业必备的条件，及委托权安排；然后讨论了伙伴企业的分类，提出了伙伴企业的选择流程，应用风险矩阵评估了伙伴企业的选择过程；在确定好各个成员企业后，着重分析了虚拟企业的构建流程、构建模式；具体研究虚拟企业核心能力整合、虚拟企业激励、控制权分配、跨文化管理。

After reviewing the previous dissertation on quantitative characteristic trait of recalcitrant seeds, three aspects of quantitative characteristic trait of seed recalcitrant were defined, which are interspecific aspect, intraspecific aspect and individual developmental aspect. And it was supposed that seed recalcitrance was a compound characteristic, with its core composed of desiccation tolerance, low-temperature tolerance and storage tolerance at least, and its concomitants composed of seed size, 1000-seed weight, moisture content at shedding, non-dormancy, systemic taxonomy, ecological and biochemical aspects. Because these core and concomitants are all gradual, transitional and quantitative, it was inferred that seed recalcitrance was a compound quantitative trait.

文章简要概述了从顽拗型种子到顽拗性种子这样一个对顽拗性种子认识提高的过程，在综述了前人关于顽拗性种子数量性状特征论述的基础上，把种子顽拗性的数量性状特征划分为种间、种内和个体发育三个层面，提出种子顽拗性是一种复合性状，其核心至少包括脱水耐性、低温耐性和贮藏耐性三方面的内容，其伴随性状包括种子尺度、千粒重、初始含水量、休眠特性、分类地位、地理分布和保护性物质含量等多方面的内容，而且这些核心内容和伴随性状的每一个方面都具有渐变的、过渡的、数量型的特征，从而阐明种子顽拗性是一种复合数量性状。

On the aspect of urban spatial distribution DM: Adopting the conception model of combination of location and attribute, the author brings spatial coordinates, spatial relationship and attribute character into the unitive model of spatial computation, studies city's land suitableness evaluation and the method of spatial clustering in division of urban function districts and brings forward the arithmetic of classification layer. Aiming at land spatial optimization allocation, the author puts forward SGA. In this arithmetic selection, crossover and mutation operator are progressed on the space.
