本文指出了目前国内经济学家在解释李约瑟之谜上尚存在的问题，对目前为止经济学家和其他领域专家有关李约瑟之谜的解释性假说进行了分类、综述、对比与评论，对各种传统的解释性假说的共同缺陷及其出现这种缺陷的原因进行了初步分析，并在旧有解说方法论偏差的基础上，指出了今后经济学家进一步研究中值得借鉴的一些新假说及其解释力，最后概括了经济学家研究李约瑟之谜的理论和现实意义。

本文首先分析了遥感影像分类方法和纹理提取方法的研究现状，接着对地统计学的基本原理进行了论述，在这一理论的基础上，对变差函数应用于遥感影像的纹理描述和提取进行了论证和实验说明；并就一些具体应用问题如计算窗口大小、计算方向和计算步长的选择等问题进行了讨论，提出了一种自适应的确定纹理计算窗口大小的方法；同时，在现有算法的基础上提出了一种新的纹理计算方法――加权变差函数法。

In this sense, this paper classifies guilds' specific function according to these two functions and makes theoretic and empirical analyze of the process of function evolving of the guild which produce in the transition system. We unclose that the government absent chooses the executive administrate system upon guilds; locks the function of guilds in the function transition of relevant governmental departments and path of power-relax. The guilds are restricted by the vested-benefit of relevant department, and hence the guilds lack representation and can not provide effective incentives to the member or positive effect to the economical system and industrial development.

在此基础上，本文按照这两种职能对现实中行业协会的各种具体职能作了分类，并集中对转型期有体制内生成的行业协会的职能演化过程进行理论与实证分析，揭示了在目前政府对行业协会采取了一种行政性管制的体制，并将行业协会职能配置完善锁定在政府相关行业管理部门职能转换和放权的路径上，并受到政府有关部门既得利益的牵制，结果是行业协会缺乏行业代表性，无法为行业成员提供有效的选择性激励，没有起到促进市场经济体制完善和行业健康发展作用。

In this paper,we discuss the Walsh spectral characteristics of partially-bent functions over ring Znq(q=p1*p2,p1、p2 are primes),propose two new concepts―nonzero factor variant-permanently linear structure and zero divisor variant―permanently linear structure,classify the variant-permanently linear structure of partially-bent functions and show their correlation,obtain several new equivalent conditions of partially-bent functions on ring Znq,finally,point out the correlations among balance, linear structure and points taking nonzero spectrum.

In order to decrease the error rate of speech recognition, speaker adaptation techniques are often used to adjust speaker-dependent acoustic models. MLLR (Maximum Likelihood Linear Regression) and MAP are two of the most popular techniques in recent years. MLLR uses the technique of regression trees. It calculates the transform matrix for each leaf node of the tree. This makes it possible to use fewer sentences to decrease the error rate of HMM-based speech recognition. However, while we examined the recognition result, we found that although the overall error rate decreased, but the error rate of certain confusable phones was higher. In order to solve this problem, we propose the use MPE (Minimum Phone Error Discriminative Training) to solve this problem.

在语音辨识技术的实际应用上，语者调适技术常被用做调整语者无关之声学模型，使其对於特定语者之辨识率有所提升，常见的语者调适技术有最大化相似度线性回归（Maximum Likelihood Linear Regression），其精神在於透过对语音辨识模型相近的mixture做群聚，再对各个群聚做调整，以期能达到利用少量语料，提升辨识率的目的，但其缺点为，在发音上相近的模型，其mixture原本就极为近似，若再分类为同一群聚做调整，容易因为使用者的发音习惯，而使模型偏向ㄓ或ㄗ，因此虽然整体的辨识率获得提升，但却造成混淆音的错误率上升。

This paper also brings forward the strategic target of planning and designing the green system in this region to provide reference and guidance for planning work. Based on GIS, this paper analyzes landscape spatial pattern, dynamic pattern and landscape functional division. And it holds out the planning project to major the structure of green system in the research zone. And that is the core content in this research. There is peculiar sense to represent and extend the psammophyte garden in justifying the agriculture framework in the research zone. So this paper takes the psammophyte garden as a concrete unit to proceed landscape eco-designing.

According to the principles of synthesis, dominance, regionality and relative consistency, the environment degradation evaluation system is divided into three classes: vulnerable region, vulnerable type and vulnerable cell. The research area belongs to the erosion degraded Southern Red Hilly Area region. Based on the conceptions and grading, the dissertation probes into the methodology of evaluation and case study, and establishes a potential degradation evaluation system which comprises altitude, gradient, soil erosion index K, annual rainfall, the proportion of rainfall in raining period, and the drought index of rainless period.
