分租租金

Any such consent of Party A may, at Party A's full discretion, be conditional upon an increase of the rental fee in an amount at least equal to fifty percentof the difference between the rental fee hereunder and the total amountpayable by such third Party to Party B for any assignment, subletting or possession.
