A compound control scheme combining detaching Proportion and Integral control with Model Reference Adaptive Control based on Liapunov stability theory was formulated,which is used on the plant of direct driving electric-servo-actuator.

以直接力驱动电动舵机为被控对象，提出了一种分离比例-积分控制与基于李雅普诺夫稳定性理论的模型参考自适应控制相结合的复合控制方案，该方案充分结合了分离PI控制动态性能好和自适应控制抗干扰能力强、鲁棒性好等优点。

The main results are shown as follows:1.Screening freezing tolerant cultivars and lines of chrysanthemumTwenty seven lines of chrysanthemum grown outdoors were screened using \'injury rate\' and \'injury index\'.There were 7 cultivars and lines,which were relatively high tolerant to freezing treatment,i.e.,\'Jinbuhuan\',\'Xuetao\',\'Fuli\',\'Donglin 4\',\'Donglin 6\',\'Donglin 9\', and \'Donglin 13\'.There were 3 cultivars and lines,which were less tolerant,i.e.,\'Fenmeigui\', \'Donglin 1\',and \'Donglin 2\';The determination of electrolyte leakage,and contents of free proline,MDA,CAT,fructose,glucose and soluble sugars on 7 lines of chrysanthemums at different stages freezing showed that \'Xuetao\' and \'Donglin 4\' were more tolerant than others, and that especially \'Donglin 4\' was able to regulate its osmotic pathway to alleviate the \'injury degree\' caused by freezing conditions.2.Protein expression profile of chrysanthemum under low temperature stressTwo-dimensional liquid chromatography was applied to fractionate and analyze total protein taken from \'Donglin 4\' leaves grown at low temperature and at normal condition. Chromatography peaks of fraction were transformed to gel graph by ProteoVue software.

主要研究结果如下：1、露地菊抗冻品种和品系的筛选利用受伤率和伤害指数两项指标对27个露地菊品系进行耐低温筛选，筛选出'金不换\'、'雪涛\'、'富丽\'、'东林4号\'、'东林6号\'、'东林9号\'、'东林13号\'等7个耐低温品系，同时发现'粉玫瑰\'、'东林1号\'、'东林2号\'三个品系的耐低温能力最差；通过对不同自然低温处理时期，7个品系的电导率、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、过氧化氢酶、果糖、葡萄糖和可溶性糖等指标的测定发现，'雪涛\'和'东林4号\'的耐低温能力要强于其它品系，尤其是'东林4号\'对低温的调节能力较强，在低温胁迫下，能够调节渗透途径减轻低温的伤害。2、低温胁迫下，露地菊蛋白质表达谱分析利用二维液相色谱技术，分离了'东林4号\'露地菊品系的低温处理和对照样品的总蛋白，通过ProteoVue软件分析发现：处理样品与对照相比共有蛋白差异点36个，其中显著增强表达的蛋白差异点有26个。

本项目利用人工诱变和体细胞单克隆技术等高新技术和传统的选择育种相结合的方法，分离出生长快、优质，高产，抗高温等的优良品种，在生产上大面积推广应用，并获得了分离坛紫菜稳定色素突变体的技术和建立坛紫菜的快速良种选育实用技术；新品种亩产提高26%-30%，3种主要色素(藻红蛋白、藻蓝蛋白、叶绿素a)提高10%以上，抗病烂能力较强。

The effect of Reynolds number on rudder hydrodynamic performance is also analyzed. Up to the stall angle the computed lift and drag agree well with measurements and other author's calculations, whereas stall angle, lift and drag beyond the stall angle are slightly under-predicted. The solver is used to investigate laminar and turbulent separated flows around a 6: 1 prolate spheroid at high incidence angles and their effects on hydrodynamic forces. The second separation flows are successfully identified in both laminar and turbulent flow simulations.

应用所开发的求解器，以6：1长椭球体为算例计算了回转体在大攻角下定常斜航运动时的三维粘性流场及水动力，对层流流动和湍流流动分别进行了计算，分析了层流与湍流分离流动和涡旋产生的特点及其对水动力的影响；计算结果与他人的试验和计算数据比较，吻合程度良好，表明应用本求解器能够正确模拟这种以层流／湍流分离流为主的复杂粘性流动，得到相当精确的水动力，检验和验证了该求解器精确模拟回转体在大攻角下的粘性分离流动和计算水动力的能力。

The solver is used to investigate laminar and turbulent separated flows around a 6:1 prolate spheroid at high incidence angles and their effects on hydrodynamic forces. The second separation flows are successfully identified in both laminar and turbulent flow simulations. The computations are shown to agree well with available experimental and numerical data and the physics of 3D large-scale flow separations and vortex shedding are confirmed.

应用所开发的求解器，以6：1长椭球体为算例计算了回转体在大攻角下定常斜航运动时的三维粘性流场及水动力，对层流流动和湍流流动分别进行了计算，分析了层流与湍流分离流动和涡旋产生的特点及其对水动力的影响；计算结果与他人的试验和计算数据比较，吻合程度良好，表明应用本求解器能够正确模拟这种以层流/湍流分离流为主的复杂粘性流动，得到相当精确的水动力，检验和验证了该求解器精确模拟回转体在大攻角下的粘性分离流动和计算水动力的能力。

Solani. The extract was further separated into two parts and one part separated by ethyl acetate while the other was separated by petroleum ether. Based on the inhibition experiment against R. solani, ethly acetate extract has a rather strong effect on R. solani with 89.70% inhibition rate and 15.52 mgmL^(-1) EC 50.The effect of petroleum ether extract on R. solani is relatively weak. The former was again divided into five parts in silica gel column, of which the second part significantly inhibits R. solani. During the periods of 24 and 48 hrs, the inhibition rate of the second part on R. solan is respectively 89.58% and 80.36%.

结果表明：鸭粪乙醇提取物对水稻纹枯病菌有抑制作用，24h内最高菌丝生长抑制率和EC50分别为88.64%、26.11mgmL^(-1)；鸭粪乙醇提取物经萃取分离得到石油醚和乙酸乙酯两种组分，其中石油醚组分抑菌效果较弱，乙酸乙酯组分抑菌能力较强，其对水稻纹枯病菌抑制率为89.70%，EC50为15.52mgmL^(-1)；对乙酸乙酯组分进行硅胶柱层析分离得到5种流份，其中第2流份有显著抑菌活性，在24h和48h内对水稻纹枯病菌的抑制率分别为89.58%和80.36%。

A kind of virus particles were observed in cytoplasm of sampled ill sea cucumber tissues which were sampled from sick sea cucumbers with ulcerous skin and swollen mouth from their farming ponds at the beginning of 2005. The particles were covered with a bilayer envelops, shaped in globular with its size 100-200 nm in diameter. The same virus was isolated from cultured sea cucumbers with disease from different time and sites, and then infected the healthy sea cucumber. sea cucumber appeared the phenomenon such as ulcerous skin and swollen mouth and the same virus was isolated from infected sea cucumbers.

本章从患病刺参中分离出了2株对刺参具有感染能力的细菌，经鉴定1株为弧菌科弧菌属Vibrio sp和1株为弧菌科施万氏菌属Shewanella sp；在患病刺参的触手、肠和呼吸树等组织的细胞质中，检出了球形、具双层囊膜、直径大约为100-200nm的病毒粒子利用分离的病毒进行人工感染实验，刺参可以产生与自然发病刺参相同的症状，显示了分离的病毒对刺参具有一定的感染性。

Our experimental results demonstrate that by μFF-IEF with M-IPG, not only the interference of mobile carrier ampholytes in buffer, usually indispensable in traditional μFF-IEF, on the further separation by other techniques and the identification by mass spectrometry could be avoided, but also the improved resolution and detection sensitivity could be obtained compared with traditional μFF-IEF.

实验结果表明，通过发展基于M-IPG材料的μFF-IEF模式，不仅可以避免在缓冲溶液中添加两性电解质对后续采用其他模式分离和质谱鉴定的干扰，而且可以获得较高的分离和富集能力，有望在微量样品的连续分离和制备方面发挥重要作用。
