综述了超临界萃取技术应用于生物碱分离的探究进展，分析了影响生物碱分离效果的各个因素，除温度、压力、溶剂、萃取时间等常见因素外，碱化试剂能够改善生物碱的分离效果，夹带剂则提高了超临界萃取流体的能力。

Isolates isolated from maize and 3 isolates from rice, wheat, adzuki bean in ten provinces were identified as Curvularia lunata. Based on the culture characters, such as color of colony, aerial myeelia, the number of conidia, there were some difference among 43 isolates. Meanwhile, five types of conidium were compared in culture characters and virulence. In each single conidia culture there were different morphic conidia also and no difference in virulence was found among five single-conidium cultures.

收集并分离我国10个省的玉米叶斑病病原物40个以及水稻、小麦、红小豆上的C.lunata分离物3个；对分离物进行培养性状、产孢能力及形态特征的研究结果表明：分离物在菌落颜色、气生菌丝的繁茂程度、产孢量的多少等方面存在明显的差异；同一分离物内分生孢子在形态方面有差异，不同形态单孢继代培养后仍出现多种形态分生孢子，但各单孢培养系在致病力上无差异。

Recombinant plasmid pSVH 7 DNA of avian influenza virus H7 subtype heamagglutinin gene was encapsulated with DC-chol/DOPE liposomes and PC/chol/SA liposomes separately. Two-week old SPF chickens were intramuscularly inoculated with 50 μ g/0.2ml of the liposome entrapped PSVH 7 DNA. Four-weeks later, each chicken was challenged with 0.1ml 〓 AIV . One week after the challenge, the secretion of the cloacas was collected and transfected to chicken embryos to isolate the virus. The virus was isolated from 6/6 of the control group, 1/6 of the naked DNA group, 1/6 of the PC/chol/SA entrapped DNA group and 0/6 of the DC-chol/DOPE liposome entrapped group. The HI antibody titers (log2) of the four groups were 6. 83±0.98, 7. 0±1. 26, 7. 83±1. 17 and 8. 00±0.89 respectively 1-week after challenge, and 8. 5±0.55, 8. 17±0.82, 8. 68±0.45 and 9. 33±0.54 respectively 2-week after challenge. The results showed that inoculation of liposome entrapped DNA significantly enhanced resistance to virosis in animals.

将含禽流感病毒H7亚型血凝素基因的重组质粒pSVH7用DC-chol阳离子脂质体和胆固醇／卵磷脂／十八胺脂质体包裹，免疫2周龄SPF鸡，4周后用同型禽流感病毒进行人工感染，1周后采集泄殖腔分泌物分离病毒，结果未免疫组6／6分离到病毒，裸质粒DNA免疫组1／6分离到病毒胆固醇／卵磷脂／十八胺脂质体包裹DNA免疫组1／6分离到病毒，DC-chol脂质体DNA免疫组没有分离到病毒（0／6）：人工感染后1周各组的HI抗体（Log2）分别为6.38±0.98，7.00±1.26，7.83±1.17，8.00±0.89，2周后为8.50±0.55，8.67±0.82，8.68±0.45，9.33±0.52，脂质体包裹组在同期均高于未免疫组和裸DNA免疫组，表明脂质体包裹质粒DNA免疫动物后，能增加动物对病毒感染的抵抗力和反应能力。

Based on relative literatures,this part has included five resesearch aspects as below.1 Fifteen compounds were isolated and purified by extraction,column chromatography,and their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis: acteoside(Ⅰ-1),isoacteoside(Ⅰ-2),crenatoside(Ⅰ-3),cistanoside F(Ⅰ-4),sinapoyl-4-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅰ-5),adenosine(Ⅰ-6),β-siterol(Ⅰ-7),oleanic acid(Ⅰ-8), succinic acid(Ⅰ-9),caffeic acid(Ⅰ-10),protocatechuic aldehyde(Ⅰ-11),p-hydro xybenzyl alcohol(Ⅰ-12),β-daucosterol(Ⅰ-13),D-galacitol(Ⅰ-14),D-mannitol(Ⅰ-15).Ⅰ-4～15 were obtained from this plant for the first time,andⅠ-6,7,9,and 13 were isolated from Orobanche genus for the first time.2 The scavenging test of DPPH showed that most compounds have comparative antioxidant activity as L-ascorbic acid and part of them show better activity such as the O.coerulescens extract and phenylethanoid glycosides.Acteoside showed potent free radical scavenging effects with a median inhibition concentration of 25.6μg/ml.3 The anti-HBV activities of acteoside,isoacteoside and crenatoside were measured,and all of them showed suppressive activity on the expression of HBsAg and HBeAg in the HepG2.2.15 cell line.

本论文在文献调研基础上对紫花列当化学成分及生物活性进行了研究，并从免疫抗病毒角度探讨紫花列当中特征性成分类叶升麻苷的肝保护作用及其机制。1采用大孔树脂、硅胶和Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术对紫花列当进行系统的植物化学研究，从中分离得到19个化合物，利用UV和NMR等波谱手段及理化性质鉴定了其中的15个化合物，分别为类叶升麻苷(Ⅰ-1)、异类叶升麻苷(Ⅰ-2)、crenatoside(Ⅰ-3)、cistanoside F(Ⅰ-4)、sinapoyl-4-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅰ-5)、腺苷(Ⅰ-6)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ-7)、齐墩果酸(Ⅰ-8)、琥珀酸(Ⅰ-9)、咖啡酸(Ⅰ-10)、原儿茶醛(Ⅰ-11)、对羟甲基苯甲酸(Ⅰ-12)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅰ-13)、D-半乳糖醇(Ⅰ-14)和甘露醇(Ⅰ-15除化合物Ⅰ-1、Ⅰ-2和Ⅰ-3外，其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。2)通过大孔树脂富集该药材有效部位苯乙醇总苷，并采用HPLC测得其所含特征性成分类叶升麻苷的含量可达80%以上。3DPPH自由基清除试验显示紫花列当提取物及其所含的苯乙醇苷类化合物均具有较好的抗氧化能力，其清除DPPH自由基能力接近于抗坏血酸。4采用卡介苗整体致敏、脂多糖离体攻击构建大鼠原代肝细胞免疫性损伤模型，在体外观察类叶升麻苷的保肝作用。

The results showed: after local leafhoppers were inoculated with RDV- SX isolate, RDV- LQ isolate, the vector viruliferous rates were similar as 84 % and 75% respectively,but the rice incidence rates were dissimilar as 28.1% and 2.8 % respectively.

研究表明：用本地黑尾叶蝉分别接种RDV本地分离物和云南分离物，斑点杂交显示介体带毒率相似，分别为84%、75%，但生物学接种结果差异相当大，分别为28.1%，3.8%，另外斑点杂交显示云南病区的黑尾叶蝉带毒率为88%，说明介体叶蝉的传毒能力具有地域性，介体叶蝉带毒率与传毒能力也存在一定差异。

The satisfactory resolution and selectivity of the polymerized column still remain after conditioned at 250 ℃ for 6 h.

The purpose of the research was to obtain bacterial polyhydroxyalkanoic acids producers with good characters. With bottom sludge from Donghu Lake, bum soil from hillside, fertile vegetable soil and oil-soaked soil as initial samples, the bacterial strains with ability of synthesizing PHAs were screened not through enriching, isolation and purification, staining with Sudan black B and qualitative and quantitative analyses by infrared spectroscopy and gas chromatography. The results of staining with Sudan black B showed that there were 3 strains with ability of synthesizing PHAs among the 12 isolated strains and their numbers were Zj-5, Zj-8 and Zj-9 resp. All the 3 strains took on adsorption peaks at the points near 1741 cm^(-1) and the infrared spectrums of the strains Zj-8 and Zj-9 were similar.

［目的］获取性状优良的聚羟基烷酸合成菌［方法］以东湖底混、山坡裸地土、肥沃菜园土和油脂浸润土为初始样品，经富集、分离纯化、苏丹黑B染色、红外光谱及气相色谱定性定量分析筛选出具PHAs合成能力的细菌菌株［结果］苏丹黑B染色结果表明，在分离出的12株细菌中有3株细菌具有PHAs合成能力，其编号分别是Zj-5、Zj-8和Zj-9.3株细菌均在174cm^(-1)附近呈现吸收峰，菌株Zj-8和Zj-9的红外谱图相似。

The experiment shows that this type of column has good column characteristics. It has good capability in separating C5~C8 alcohol, phenol, aromatic acid, C2~C8 carboxylic acid. The quantitative analysis of carboxylic acids was investigated.

结果表明，这种色谱固定相具有较强的极性和选择性，对於极性有机化合物如脂肪酸、芳香酸、醇、酚等有良好的分离能力，且出峰快，时间短、峰形尖锐对称，可不经衍生直接进样分析。
