This chapter is divided into four sections, First Section present the Qing Dynasty "Lao Zi" annotator's expectations "saints" is "Save by Tao" image of the ideal; Section II of the Qing Dynasty "Lao Zi" annotator's analysis of the concept of "Doing Nothing". The third quarter discusses the "Lao Zi" annotator in Qing Dynasty especially for the Thrust-Weight "Forgotten" in the political meaning.

本章共分为四节，第一节为「理想人格」，呈现清代《老子》注家对「圣人」的期许，他们认为圣人是大道的体用，是「以道救人」的理想形象；第二节为「无心顺物」，讨论清代《老子》注家对於「无为」概念的具体分析，他们以「循理而动」、「听其自取」、「各安其分」、「因时制宜」、「因情顺性」等观点，使「无为」的理念得以开展；第三节为「智识与相忘」，论述清代老子注家特别推重「忘」在政治意涵上的发挥，在忘境之中君民各尽其生，熙熙乐乐而浑然不觉。

This paper uses mixture density networks to forecast the time-varying conditional density values of financial time series, and puts forth a new numerical algorithm to calculate Expected Shortfall. The application in Hong Kong Hangseng index approves that Value-at-Risk at high probability levels is accurate, and that it also has good forecasting ability in fluctuation. MDNs can effectively describe the empirical distribution of returns and the volatility mechanism, and is a new model for measuring financial market risk.

基于混合密度网络模型估计金融时间序列的时变条件密度，提出采用数值模拟方法计算Expected Shortfall的新途径，对香港恒生指数的实证研究表明，VaR的预测精度在高端分位点较好，模型评估指标反映出预测效果良好，混合密度网络可以有效地描述收益的经验分布统计特征和波动规律，是一种有效的金融市场风险测量模型。

Purpuraristatus, the growth, fertility, chromosome configuration, EST isozyme etc. were analyzed in this paper. The results showed that the growth potentiality of (E. sibiricus×E. purpuraristatus) F2 and (E. purpuraristatus×E. sibiricus) F1 were much stronger than their parents, the plant height of the former was 143.2 cm. The whole plant was reseda, the latter was 129.7 cm. The spike nodding of two hybrids were in the middle of their parents, the anther was yellow; the pollen fertility was 0.02%~0.03%, seed set was 0; the average chromosome configuration of former pollen mother cell at PMC M Ⅰ was 6.90Ⅰ+14. 02Ⅱ, the latter was 7.82Ⅰ+13.59 Ⅱ, and lagging chromosome and bridge fragment were observed at meiosis anaphase Ⅰ the EST of the two hybrids F1 and their parents at tillering stage was some certain different in locus, number and intensity.

结果表明，正交F1和反交F1植株的生长势均很强，正交F1株高143.2 cm、全株浅绿色，反交F1株高129.7 cm、全株灰绿色；正、反交F1的穗型均呈双亲中间型，花药呈黄色，花粉可育率0.02%~0.03%，结实率为0，说明杂种高度不育；正交F1的花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ平均染色体构型为6.90Ⅰ+14.02Ⅱ，反交F1为7.82Ⅰ+13.59Ⅱ，减数分裂后期丁有落后染色体和染色体桥等不规则现象；亲本及其正、反交杂种F1分某期幼叶的EST同工酶酶带的位点、数目和强弱均存在一定差异，可作为亲本及杂种在蛋白质水平识别的重要依据。

Based on analysises of characteristics of regional deformation and metamorphism as well as Carboniferous and Permian relict basins, think Qinling-Dabie orogenic belt might have undergone following Basin-mountain transformational process : the ocean basin developed in Silurian-early Paleozoic; ocean basin subduction began in Ordovician; Silurian-early Devonian continent-continent collision happened and the ocean basin disappeared; Carboniferous- Permian, with the strike-slip and pull-apart along the Shangdan fault, a series of small faulted basins formed on the north Qinling mountainous region composing of Pre-Carboniferous metamorphic stratum.

Part 1 Effect of different AAPs at the duodenum on the metabolism and utilization of the amino acids in PDV tissues and in liver and on the concentrations of plasma hormones in IMWC goats In Exp. 1, six wethers of IMWC goats (21-23kg) with the same father, fitted with permanent cannulas at the proximal duodenum, and with femoral artery, mesenteric, portal and hepatic venous catheters were used to study on the metabolism and utilization of the amino acids in PDV tissues and liver of IMWC goats fed diets with different dietary AAPs at the duodenum. In Exp. 2, nine wethers of IMWC goats (21-23kg, 1. 5 years old) with the same father were used to study on the effect of different AAPs at the duodenum on the concentrations of plasma hormones and other biochemical indexes.

试验共分两部分：第一部分：不同氨基酸模式对绒山羊PDV组织、肝脏氨基酸代谢和血液激素水平影响的研究试验1 选用6只体重21～23kg，产绒量约400g，处于生绒旺盛期的1.5周岁内蒙古白绒山羊半同胞羯羊，研究不同小肠可吸收氨基酸模式对绒山羊PDV组织氨基酸代谢的影响；试验2选用9只绒山羊，研究不同小肠可吸收氨基酸模式对绒山羊血液激素等生化指标的影响。
