1、妇产科门诊就诊的患者中VVC所占比例最高，且以18-35岁年龄为主；2、VVC患者主要症状及体征为外阴明显瘙痒、轻度阴道疼痛、阴道壁粘膜充血、阴道分泌物多且无溢出，以单纯性VVC较多见；3、经期使用不洁卫生用品、长期使用抗生素及经常使用阴道冲洗器有显著性差异是VVC的危险因素。
