Postoperatively, B group (36 eyes) were dropped with TobraDex and artificial tears(Dextran 70 Eye Drops), and were given mydriasis and antiglaucoma eyedrops when necessary. Uncomfortable symptoms ( dry sensation, foreign body sensation,Burning sensation) were inquired, as well as tear break-up time, Schirmer test value and corneal fluorescein staining were measured 1 day preoperatively plus 3, 7, 14, 30 days postoperatively.

继续收集36例(36眼)患者全部纳入B组，手术后应用妥布霉素地塞米松眼液、眼膏和人工泪液Dextran 70 Eye Drops，必要时联合应用散瞳眼液和降眼压眼液。B组病例分别于术前1d，术后3d、7d、14d及30d详细询问患者是否存在不适症状(干涩感、异物感、烧灼感)并评分，并行泪膜破裂时间(Break-Up Time，BUT)、泪液分泌试验(Schirmer test，ST)、角膜荧光素染色(Cornea Fluorescein Staining，CFS)检查及评分。

主要内容包括：腐烂病病原菌的分离、提纯、鉴定；青霉素液对腐烂病刮治伤口的愈合效果以及阻止病原菌的侵染；病原菌分泌果胶酶的鉴定以及青霉素液对其的影响；青霉素液对树体抗病性的影响。

BACKGROUND: The basic way for the releasing pattern of secretory granules of neurohypophysis is still not clear, neither is the extracellular normal transport route of neurohypophysis polypeptide hormones to enter the cerebrospinal fluid.

背景：神经垂体多肽激素分泌颗粒的释放形式和在细胞外正常转运途径的结构基础是以胞吐分泌方式还是浓度差因素影响而进入脑脊液的。

The releasing pattern of secretory granules or polypeptide hormones of neurohypophysis involves a whole-releasing pattern together with granular membrane. After released into perivascular space, they enter easily into cerebrospinal fluid via interspace of tissue and epithelial openings rather than into blood circulation through the walls of capillaries, and then into the cerebrospinal fluid.

神经垂体多肽激素分泌颗粒的释放形式，存在一种连同颗粒被膜的整体释放；释放入血管周隙内的多肽激素或分泌颗粒，更易经组织间隙、囊上皮孔进入脑脊液，而非直接透过毛细血管壁进入血液循环再进入脑脊液中。

The results showed:among the 7 isolates, five isolates of HY3、GY1－3、ZJ1－1、HP1、FC3 had same colony shape, irregular shape, liquidlike, slimy, opacity with smooth surface;the other two isolates had same shape, irregular shape, dry, opacity with coarse surface. By inoculating eucalyptus with the 7 isolates, the plants were infected apparently, and the young plants of eucalyptus in control experiment with tap water were not infected. By cultivating eucalyptus cuttings with the bacterial suspensions without EPS, the incidence of disease was very distinct,but compared with the former bacteria suspension,the incidence of disease has decreased at different degrees. By screening out two isolates of strong pathogenicity and two isolates of weak pathogenicity from the 7 isolates,making the bacterial suspensions with them to inoculate the young plants of eucalyptus, two treatments of cutlings and ramets with rats were set with 5 repetitions in every treatment, the results of data analysis showed: for the cutlings, the bacterial contents in upper and middle parts、upper and lower had significant difference;for ramets with roots, the bacterial contents in upper, middle parts, lower had significant difference between each other; For both the cutlings and ramets with roof, the bacterial contents in xylem and phloem had significant difference. The interaction between vertical and horizontal parts for the bacterial content had significant difference. For the two isolates of HY3 and 93B which were screened out at last,their activities of the cellulase were: 1.955ug/ and 1.288ug/ respectively, and had significant difference; the activities of pectase were: 1.325 ug/and 1.24ug/ respectively, and had no significant difference. The content of EPS extracted from the two isolates of HY3 and 93B was very different: 7.08x10-8ug/cell and 5.17x10-8ug/cell.

结果显示：7个菌株中，其中5个菌株HY3、GY1－3、ZJ1－1、HP1、FC3的菌落形态相同：不规则形状、流体、粘性、不透明、表面光滑；另外2个菌株93B、GN1菌落形态相同：不规则形状、干燥、不透明、表面粗糙；用7个菌株接种剪根桉树苗，发病情况非常明显，而自来水对照实验中桉树苗却不发病；无EPS菌悬液培养桉树剪根苗，发病率也很明显，但是相比原菌液，则发病率有不同程度的下降；从7个菌株中间筛选出来2个强致病性菌株和2个弱致病性菌株，用它们配制菌悬液培养桉树苗，设置剪根和不剪根两个处理，每个处理设置五个重复，数据分析结果显示：对于剪根苗，上部和中部、上部和下部的含菌量有显著的差异，中部和下部含菌量差异不显著；带根苗，上部、中部、下部含菌量彼此之间差异显著；不管是剪根苗还是带根苗，木质部和韧皮部含菌量之间的差异都非常显著；上中下与木韧交互作用中，含菌量差异非常显著；最后筛选出来的强弱2个菌株HY3和93B，它们的纤维素酶活性分别为：1.955ug/和1.288ug/，具有显著的差别；果胶酶的活性分别为：1.325 ug/和1.24ug/，没有显著的差别，而且HY3和93B两个菌株细胞分泌的胞外多糖的含量差异很显著，分别为：7.08×10-8ug/cell和5.17×10-8ug/cell。

In ACC, NGF,TrkA and p75 mainly existed in cells of duct-like, cribriform and mass-like structures.According to the optical density scanning of immunohistochemistric stain of NGF and TrkA in salivary gland and tumor tissues and quantification analysis, it was shown that the average optical density of NGF and TrkA increased in order of salivary gland tissues around neoplasm, mucoepidermiod carcinoma, and adenoid cystic carcinoma.

2叫 吉林大学硕士学位论文通过对NGF和TrkA在涎腺组织和涎腺肿瘤中的免疫组织化学染色结果进行光密度扫描，对所测平均光密度定量分析，结果显示：NGF和TrkA平均光密度值按照肿瘤周围涎腺组织、豁液表皮样癌和腺样囊性癌依次升高，统计学分析在各组间均有极显著差异(P.01)，表明NGF和TrkA通过自分泌机制调控涎腺腺样囊性癌和豁液表皮样癌的生长与增殖，通过旁分泌机制参与涎腺腺样囊性癌向神经周围的浸润。

Methods test 1 256 samples from suspect uu or ct sufferers and infertile patients during 2007.results the positive rate of uu of 149 samples of prostate liquid is 42.3%(63/149), and the positive rate of ct of 136 samples of prostate liquid s is 19.9%(27/136);the positive rate of uu of 361samples of the secretion of the urinous tract is 21.1%(76/361),and the positive rate of ct of 346 samples of the secretion of the urinous tract is 10.4%(36/346);the positive rate of uu of 141 samples of semen is 11.3%(16/141),and the positive rate of ct of 123 samples of semen is 7.3%(9/123).conclusion there are significant differences in positive rate of uu and ct of 3 types of samples p.005.the positive rate of specimens of postate liquid is higher than that of the secretion of the urinous tract ,the positive rate of semen test is the lowest..the results from the uu and ct test of different types of specimens are different obviously .the most suitable specimen of test is prostate liquid.

对2007年1 256例怀疑感染uu或ct的患者和不孕不育症患者标本检测。结果：149例前列腺标本中uu阳性率为42.3%(63/149)、136例前列腺标本ct阳性率为19.9%(27/136)；361例尿道分泌物uu阳性率为21.1%(76/361)、346例尿道分泌物ct阳性率为10.4%(36/346)；141例精液uu阳性率为11.3%(16/141)、123例精液ct阳性率为7.3%(9/123)。结论：三种标本的uu、ct阳性率相差显著，p.005。前列腺标本检测的阳性率明显高于尿道分泌物标本，精液检测的阳性率最低。不同类型的标本检测的uu、ct的结果有很大的差异，送检的标本最好是前列腺液。
