For further understanding the effect of the strain on K-bearing silicate mineral, an experiment with KO2 strain cultured in nitrogen-containing and nitrogen-free medium was conducted. By putting mineral powders into the medium and measuring the concentration of capsular polysaccharides, we concluded that the strain can accelerate the weathering rate of silicate minerals. The results showed that the polysaccharides secreted by the strain in the growth process could help the bacterial to adhere to the mineral surface effectively, and created the bacterium-mineral complex, which formed a mircro-enviorment avail the release of potassium. Another result was that there was higher level of Carbonic Anhydrase activity, which revealed that some exo-protein or enzyme produced by the bacterial had postive impact on the process of releasing potassium ion. We carried out the bacterial fermentation for larger scale production of the bacterial secretion, which was used to sperate, and identify the small molecules related to the mineral-bacterial interaction. After the analysis, it was found that the strain can produce many kinds of small molecules, such as 2-Hydroxybenzoic acid, 4-Hydroxyphenylacetic acid, methyl-4-hydroxybenzoate, etc.

分别将菌株接入含有不同矿粉的培养基中培养，检测其在有氮、无氮培养基中荚膜多糖含量的变化，并在以钾长石和黑云母为矿源的情况下，比较研究了菌株在有氮、无氮培养基中对矿物的风化能力，通过一系列的实验，证实胶质芽孢杆菌在生长过程中所分泌的粘稠胞外聚糖可帮助细菌有效黏附在矿物表面，形成细菌-矿物复合体，并改变及维持该复合体内部的微环境，有助于该菌的解钾作用，而且细菌分泌的胞外蛋白质在该菌对含钾硅酸盐矿物的解钾作用过程中发挥重要作用；将胶质芽孢杆菌接入以钾长石和黑云母为矿源的有氮、无氮培养基中培养，检测到该菌碳酸酐酶活性的变化，并进行批量发酵后小分子酸性分泌产物的提取、分离、纯化与鉴定等方面的研究，结果表明，该菌可产生2-羟基苯甲酸，4-羟基苯乙酸，4-羟基苯甲酸甲酯等小分子物质。

Methods test 1 256 samples from suspect uu or ct sufferers and infertile patients during 2007.results the positive rate of uu of 149 samples of prostate liquid is 42.3%(63/149), and the positive rate of ct of 136 samples of prostate liquid s is 19.9%(27/136);the positive rate of uu of 361samples of the secretion of the urinous tract is 21.1%(76/361),and the positive rate of ct of 346 samples of the secretion of the urinous tract is 10.4%(36/346);the positive rate of uu of 141 samples of semen is 11.3%(16/141),and the positive rate of ct of 123 samples of semen is 7.3%(9/123).conclusion there are significant differences in positive rate of uu and ct of 3 types of samples p.005.the positive rate of specimens of postate liquid is higher than that of the secretion of the urinous tract ,the positive rate of semen test is the lowest..the results from the uu and ct test of different types of specimens are different obviously .the most suitable specimen of test is prostate liquid.

对2007年1 256例怀疑感染uu或ct的患者和不孕不育症患者标本检测。结果：149例前列腺标本中uu阳性率为42.3%(63/149)、136例前列腺标本ct阳性率为19.9%(27/136)；361例尿道分泌物uu阳性率为21.1%(76/361)、346例尿道分泌物ct阳性率为10.4%(36/346)；141例精液uu阳性率为11.3%(16/141)、123例精液ct阳性率为7.3%(9/123)。结论：三种标本的uu、ct阳性率相差显著，p.005。前列腺标本检测的阳性率明显高于尿道分泌物标本，精液检测的阳性率最低。不同类型的标本检测的uu、ct的结果有很大的差异，送检的标本最好是前列腺液。

Bidentis were studied by adopting indoor bioassay. The results showed that the volatile matter of F. bidentis had not allelopathy to four receptor plants. The eluviated matter inhibited seedling growth of cotton obviously, the inhibition ratio of root and stem were 6.29% and 10.42% respectively. The aqueous extract of litterfall and root exudates had different inhibition to four receptor plants, The synthesis effectof all treatments was significantly greater than eluviated matter treatment except for B3 of the aqueous extract of root exudates, such as the synthesis effect of all treatments (A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3 and eluviation) were 44.74, 29.37, 14.5, 31.54, 16.52, 3.55, 1.48 respectively.

结果显示：黄顶菊自然挥发物对受体植物不表现化感作用；黄顶菊淋溶物对棉花幼苗生长表现出明显的抑制作用，对棉花幼苗高度和根长的抑制率分别为6.29%和10.42%；黄顶菊枯落物浸提液和根系分泌物浸提液对4种受体植物均表现出不同程度的抑制作用，除了黄顶菊根系分泌物浸提液 B3处理外，其它处理的综合效应均显著大于淋溶物处理，如黄顶菊枯落物浸提液（ A1、 A2、 A3）、根系分泌物浸提液（ B1、 B2、 B3）以及淋溶物等各处理对受体植物的综合效应分别为44.74、29.37、14.5、31.54、16.52、3.55、1.48。
