分段线性化

Based on the factors of mass economy,the paper establishes a multi- warehouse location model which takes the sum of minimized supply costs,transport costs and fixed costs as the goal and within which supply costs are expressed by piecewise linear cost function,solves the model with a genetic algorithm and shows an example.

在考虑规模经济的因素下，以最小化项目的供货成本、运输成本与固定成本之和为总目标建立了一个多仓库选址模型，其中把供货成本用分段线性函数表示，体现了厂商存在的规模经济效应，并采用遗传算法对模型进行求解。

First,to deal with the uncertainty of vertical burning velocity,a fuzzy T-S（Takagi-Sugeno）model for burning through point was established based on the piecewise linearization characteristics between burning through point and sinter strand velocity.

Geometrical and physical parameters of components of the absorber in the virtual prototype follow from those technical data of a specific passenger car. Bench tests are conducted and a series of experimental results have been obtained by the MTS absorber test machine for the damping force-velocity which can be imposed in the virtual prototype for dynamic simulation. The piecewise, the hysteretic looped and the abnormal looped hysteretic force-velocity curves for the absorbers are, respectively, input into the prototype.

减振器阻尼力—速度特性是根据MTS减振器特性试验机试验结果，通过分段拟合，分别以分段线性、迟滞环和迟滞环畸变情况输入虚拟样机进行仿真分析，试验及仿真结果比较说明：减振器速度外特性采用迟滞环非线性，比采用双线性化模型更接近试验结果，能够更合理地解释试验现象；减振器阻尼力速度特性曲线出现畸变，如在复原行程初期迟滞特性曲线出现交叉现象，可以引发减振器系统动力特性的高频振动成分增加。

In this algorithm, first, the time series is segmented and symbolized with the linear segment representation and the vector shape clustering method,so that each symbol can represent aprimitive and independent pattenr.Thenthe minimal occurrence representaion of time series and the association rule discovery algorithm proposed by Agrawal is combined to extrac frequent patterns of various structures from non-synchonous multiple time series.

该算法首先利用线性化分段表示法和矢量形态聚类实现时间序列的特征分割与符号化转换，然后通过将Agrawal关联模式发现算法的核心思想与时间序列最短实现表示方法相结合，实现了非同步多时间序列中多种结构频繁模式的发掘。
