The average RMSE between the simulated and observed values for the dry matter partitioning ratio index of unit organs on main stem and sympodial stem with 33B cultivars was 0.028、0.017、0.013、0.035、0.021、0.009、0.011、0.014 for stem,leaf,petiole,branch on main stem,and branch,leaf,petiole and cotton bud and boll on fruit branch,respectively.

结果表明，模型对主茎、主叶、主柄、主茎分枝、果叶、果柄、果枝茎、蕾铃等单位器官在不同GDD时刻的比例指数动态过程均有较好的预测性，模拟值和观测值之间的RMSE平均值分别为0.028、0.017、0.013、0.035、0.021、0.009、0.011、0.014。

EMB-resistance in 18 isolates was caused by the mutation at coden 306 in embB gene with positive rate of 62.1%. The PCR result was negative in 20 specimen from pulmonary diseases without active TB and 5 negative control strains of no MTB. The data in this study showed high specificity of 100%. Only one specimen in 7 specimen with negative result in acid-fast stain and cultivation was shown alteration in coden 306 in embB gene.

结果：130例活动性肺结核患者痰标本抗酸染色阳性38例，阳性率为29.2%(38/130)；罗氏培养阳性为79例，阳性率为60.8%(79/130)。79例培养阳性痰标本中耐乙胺丁醇29例，其中有18例在embB基因met306ATG突变，基因突变率为62.1%。20例非结核肺部疾病患者痰标本和5株非结核分枝杆菌菌株经套式PCR扩增全部为阴性，特异性为100%。7例涂阴培阴PCR扩增阳性的序列中有1例在embB基因306位密码了发生突变。

The results showed that PP333 inhibited the growth of shoots, increased the number of branches, decreased the osmoses of membrane at low temperature, and improved the ability of resistant to cold above zero degree.

试验结果表明：多效唑能显著降低新梢长度的生长，增加分枝数，抑制低温处理时膜透性的增加，提高绿玉树对零上低温的抵抗能力。0.2%PP333能提高叶绿素含量，但低浓度的PP333(0.1%～0.15%)却降低了叶绿素的含量。
