A possible configurate to improve the absorption efficiency of the pump energy has been proposed. With the theory of four waves mixing, we have demonstrated this scheme. By introducing the scheme into self-pumped conjugater, the performance of diode laser array with self-pumped conjugate was enhanced, the usage of incident light was improved apparently.

利用双四波混频作用区理论分析了该配置方式的合理性，并把这种配置方式引入到自泵浦相位共轭镜中，对整个利用自泵浦相位共轭镜的半导体激光器列阵实验方案进行了改进，从而显著提高了入射光束能量的利用率。

This paper researches the wavelet transform of discrete-time sequences basing on dendriform filer banks in the signal processing field, analyses the theory and design method of two channel conjugate quadrature mirror filter banks and fast implement of discrete orthogonal wavelet transform and generation of orthogonal wavelets, and points out the internal relationship between them.

笔者从信号处理的角度研究了离散时间序列的小波变换利用树状滤波器组实现的方法，分析了两通道共轭正交镜象滤波器组理论及滤波器设计，离散时间序列的正交小波变换的快速实现以及正交小波的构造，指出了其内在联系，最后举例说明了正交小波变换通过共轭正交镜象滤波器组来实现信号分解和重构的全过程。

Retrospectively analyses 125 cases respiratory failure patients remedied by tracheal intubation in our hospital from 2001-04 to 2004-09. Comparing achievement ratio, time of detained airtube,incision of trachea ratio, extubate ratio, and sufferers' post-recovery condition of nasal trachea cannula under the guidance of fibrobronchoscope and oral trachea cannula under the guidance of laryngeal endoscope.

对我院2001年4月至2004年9月经气管插管救治的125例呼吸衰竭患者资料作回顾性分析，对纤支镜引导经鼻插管与经口喉镜明视插管各自成功率、留管时间、气管切开率、拔管率及患者的愈后情况进行比较。

Methods:The retrospective analysis and comparison were made on the operative method and the clinical index of intraoperation, postoperation between 103 cases underwent laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy and 100 cases underwent laparotomy hysteromyomectomy,also between 18 cases underwent laparoscope accessorial hysteromyomectomy and 20 cases underwent laparotomy hysteromyomectomy.

回顾对比分析腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术103例与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术100例，腹腔镜辅助下子宫肌瘤剔除术18例与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术20例的手术方法和术中术后各临床指标。

objective to discuss the nursing methods of acute postrenal renal calculus obstruction through ureteroscope.methods the preoperative and postorerative aborative nursing in 22 cases of patients with ureter calculus who were treated by emergency ureteroscope were analyzed retrospectively.results all patients became well and renal function was improved quickly after operation,after the timely treatment and nursing,none patients occured the serious complication.conclusion timely and right preoperative preparation,mental nursing and postoperative nursing were essential for the success of operation.

目的 讨论经尿道输尿管镜治疗急性肾后结石梗阻的护理方法。方法对22名患者进行急诊经尿道输尿管镜，治疗上尿路结石的术前、术后精心护理的回顾分析。结果所有患者顺利接受手术，术后患者全身状况、肾功能快速恢复，并发症得到及时治疗和护理，无一例发生严重并发症。结论及时准确的术前准备、心理护理、术后护理、是保证手术成功的重要保障。
