Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 116 cases with hospital acquired respiratory tract infection by Haemophilus parainfluenzae during the period from Aug. 2002 to Jan. 2005 had been done. Used VITEK-60 microorganism autoanalysis system to appraise bacteria and its resistance against various antibiotics was carried out. Nirtocefin test was used to detect β-lactamase.

对2002年8月至2005年1月温州医学院附属第一医院住院的116例医院获得性副流感嗜血杆菌呼吸道感染的临床资料进行统计分析，对送检的痰或咽拭子标本用嗜血杆菌专用巧克力培养基进行分离培养，VITEK-60微生物自动分析系统进行鉴定以及药敏试验，用Nitrocefin纸片法测定被试菌的β-内酰胺酶。

自耦均压变压器作为SVC中的主要器件，本文通过变压器的短路试验以及编程进行多项式拟合，建立了其漏抗随电容器组投切级数变化的数学模型，进而做了自耦均压变压器与相同容量相同变比的双绕组变压器有功损耗的比较，分析了36抽头自耦均压变压器在一组电容器全部投运时的空载特性，并对SVC的静态性能进行了全面分析。

Blood samples from 23 Huacaya alpacas ,3 males and 20 females ,were used to study chromosome karyotype ,so as to provide some effective cytogenetics basis for the selectioiymprovement by crossing and disease diagnosis of alpacas ,and genetic mechanisms of sex determination. Peripheral blood lymphocyte culture was used to prepare chromosome. Methods of trypsase-EDTA and BSG (Barium hydroxide / Saline / Giemsa)were used for G-banding and C-banding respectively . The results showed as follows:Firstly , the number of diploid chromosomes was in the alpacas 2n=74,with the karyotype 74, XY and 74, XX for males and females respectively.

为了从选种、杂交改良、疾病诊断以及性别决定的遗传机制等方面为羊驼的繁育与推广提供更为有效的细胞遗传学资料，本试验采用外周血淋巴细胞培养法制备染色体，分析了23只胡阿基亚型羊驼(Huacaya alpaca，雌20只，雄3只)的染色体及其核型，并通过BSG法(Barium hydroxide／Saline／Giemsa，氢氧化钡-盐溶液-吉姆萨，也即Sumner BSG法)与胰酶-EDTA法分别对羊驼的C-分带和G-分带进行分析，结果表明：(1)羊驼二倍体染色体数目为2n=74，雄性羊驼核型为74，XY；雌性羊驼核型为74，XX。

Two main aspects of the research work are as follows:(1) The paper introduces the experimental ice forces on semi-circular breakwaters which is made by State Key Laboratory of Coastal and Offshore Engineering of Dalian University of Technology and calculate the ice value for different radius semi-circular component, based on which it speculates on that horizontal ice value and water level accord with biquadratic polynomial function, meanwhile, the paper analyses incidence of ice heap to horizontal ice value of semi-circular component.

论文的主要工作有三部分：(1)主要介绍大连理工大学海岸和近海工程国家重点实验室所做的物理模拟试验，应用水平冰力计算公式计算了不同半径半圆型构件的冰力值；根据这些数值的分析，推测半圆型构件水平冰力与水位符合四次多项式函数关系；同时分析了碎冰堆对半圆型构件水平冰力影响。
