Adolescents of the two groups were paired according to age groups, height, schooling level and parental educational level. Plackett-Burman experimental design and the uniform experimental design were used to select the main factors of the ball milling pretreatment of corn stalk. The experimental results were analyzed by data processing software and well-fitted regression equation was established. Effects of ball milling parameters, such as raw material diameter, speed, ratio of raw materials, grinding media and alternating time, on the enzymolysis were analyzed. The optimal parameters of ball milling pretreatment of the corn stalk were as follows: particle size of raw material of 0.5 mm, speed of 340 r/min, the raw material content of 3.4 g, the number of ball of 15 (Ф= 10.0 mm), alternating running time of 5 min.
研究了玉米秸秆水解过程中球磨预处理工艺的优化,采用Plackett- Burman 试验设计和均匀试验设计法,用数据处理软件对试验结果进行分析,筛选出了球磨预处理过程中的主要影响因素,得到了具有较好拟合度的回归方程;通过分析原料粒径,转速,原料填装量,研磨介质,交替时间等球磨条件对酶解效率的影响,得出行星式球磨机粉碎玉米秸秆的最佳工艺参数为:原料粒径0.5 mm,转速340 r/min,原料填装量3.4 g,装球量15个(Ф=10.0 mm),交替运行时间5 min。

In the paper the author relates systematically the research fruits in the program of Research on Sand Slurry Abrasion Mechanisms of Dredging Conditions and New Wear-Resistant Materials. The main contents and innovations are listed as follows.Summarized and analyzed are the wear researches and developments, and the methods of increasing materials wear-resistance. From the viewpoint of the characteristics of two-phase liquid sand slurry wear, combined with the examination and study on easily damaged workpieces, the wear failures basic rules are pointed out, of the pump shell and the cutter-piece on service, and the general principles of material wear-resistant designs put forward. The sand slurry abrasion tester has been designed and developed which can simulate general dredging conditions. Summarized and presented are the position-exchange measuring method of sand slurry abrasion test and the experiment specification of sand slurry wear test of dredging conditions.

The polyurea coating was tested with Taber tribomachine and the highp ressure water jet erosion tester for studying the wear behavior of polyure coating under conditions of dry friction and highspeed water jet contained sand. The morphology of the coating was observed with SEM and Chromatic confocal 3D Profiler. The surface component of test samp les was measured by FT2IR Spectrometer and Electron Energy Disperse Spectroscopy. The p roperties of polyurea coating under two testing conditionswas analyzed.

In the first experiment, ground pork ham, loin, belly and shoulder were mixed and homogenized with different percentage (0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40%) of exogenous RO water and 0.95% salt solution, individually. In second experiment, only ground pork ham was mixed and homogenized with different percentage (0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40%) of exogenous pork backfat. The electrical conductivity of these samples was determined and all data were collected and analyzed to obtain correction coefficient and regression formula for predicting fresh meat with different percentage exogenous water or fat. In final experiment, analyzed electrical conductivity, gel strength, hardness and fat particle stain of emulsion with different amounts of exogenous fat in two salt systems (2.5% salt and 2.5% salt + 0.3% phosphate).
