It can be expected better instructing clinical application to treat, thus reduce by various kinds of complications after the skill further, improve survival rate , skill of future trouble person and survive quality , can offer for the fact that this clinical diagnosis and treatment on the basis of an overall analysis of the illness and the patient" s condition is cured certain typing diagnose basis.

研究目的：本研究旨在通过对广东省中医院普外科近五年来胃癌住院病人病历的回颐性研究，采用多元化统计分析方法，聚类量化分析，总结胃癌根治术后的证候分布及其演变规律，以期更好的指导临床用药治疗，从而进一步减少术后的各种并发症，提高术后患者的生存率和生存质量，并可为本病临床辨证论治提供一定的分型诊断依据。
