MethodsThe p73 gene ex- pression in 100 cases of AL including newly diagnosed and recrudescent or refractory ones and 20 normal controls was detected by relative quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction,and then the results were analyzed and compared by χ2-test,t-test and single agent variance. ResultsThe higher expression of p73 gene was found in 58% of AL cases.

采用RT-PCR方法检测100例初诊及复发或难治AL患者和20例正常对照者p73基因的表达，并采用χ2检验、t检验及单因素方差分析对结果进行统计学分析，以比较各组p73基因表达阳性率及表达强度差异。

Third, volatilizable parts from Hainan Rauvolfia were obtained through water vapor distillation. They were analyzed by GC/MS. The resuts showed that about 10 compounds in the root essential oil were extracted and 9 of them were identified. Fatty acids and phenol ramification are the main types of the compounds.

用水蒸气蒸馏法获得了萝芙木中的易挥发组分，对其进行了GC/MS分析，分析结果表明，萝芙木根挥发油分离出10个峰，鉴定出9种化合物，其主要成分为9-十八烷酸、十六酸，棕榈酸、9，12-十八烷二酸、1H－酚[2，1-b] 喃-1-酮，分别占挥发油总量的25.66%、19.34%、18.12%、17.23%，四者占其总量的80.35%。

We put emphosis on the establishment of standard protocol,testing strategy and methods in the study,in addition to the analysis of the positive ratio of GJB2,SLC26A4,mtDNA 1494/1555 in groups of different phenotypes, analysis of genotype,phenotype and its relationship of GJB2 and SLC26A4,drawing the audiograms of GJB2 and SLC26A4 related hearing impairment.Finally,some practical problems that we may come into in genetic testing are discussed.

Then, connecting the above features, it focuses on the image of the United Kingdom in travel notes of the Qing Dynasty and analyzes the role and significance of the travel notes and the officials in the formation of "the image of the United Kingdom" in the Qing Dynasty. That is, travels text is a kind of cultural narrative, Travels with intertexuality completed the social collective imagination. As the Qing Dynasty Construction of the image, officials try to deviate from the traditional Chinese collective imagination. By virtue of British image of self-desire, they state their self-desire and reflect on their own culture.

本文借助了比较文学形象学的理论和方法论，首先梳理了清代前中国人眼中的&西方形象&，分析出中国古人看世界的文化心理和传统思维模式特点，接着结合上述特点解读清代游记中的&英国形象&，并分析出清代游记和清代使官在英国形象生成中的作用和意义：游记文本是一种文化叙事，游记的互文性写作完成清代人对英国的集体想象；清代使官作为形象的建构者，试图背离中国传统的集体想象，他们借助英国形象言说自我的欲望、反思自身的文化。
