用白芝麻品种鄂芝2号和黑芝麻品种中芝9号分期进行夏播和秋播，使两个品种各生育阶段处於不同的光温条件下，用试验当年相应时段的温度和实际日照长度对芝麻各生育阶段的发育特性进行相关分析结果表明：芝麻苗期和蕾期感温性强，感光性较弱，在光温综合作用中，温度是主要因子；芝麻开花最适应的温度为27~31℃，该温度有利於多开花和延长开花期天数。

The results showed that Non-haemagglutinating activity was showed in the isolate. In agar diffusion test,there was a clear precipitin band formation to anti-IBDV specific serum. 28-day-old chicks inoculated with the isolate showed disease,and the isolate was recovered from the tissues of these chickens.
