It is demonstrated that the chiral quaternary ammonium salts catalysts exhibit promising catalytic properties for the substrate. Part III: The synthesis and the characterizing of the macroporous aminomethyl resin-supported cinchona alkaloid complexes and the study on its catalytic properties The part consists of two subsections. the macroporous aminomethyl resin -supported cinchona alkaloid complexes were synthesized by the stuff (cinchonine, quinine and macroporous aminomethyl resin). Their structures were characterized by means of elemental analysis, XPS, TG/DTA; the chiral polymer-supported complexes were first used as catalysts for the reduction of ketones. Their catalytic properties for the reduction processes were investigated. The comparison of the products e.e., the conversion of the substrate among different reduction processes was employed with determined by HPLC. The effects of the time, the temperature, the ratio of catalyst to substrate, reaction solvent as well as the recycle times were also discussed.

第三章聚-4-氨甲基苯乙烯负载金鸡纳碱金属络合物的合成与表征及其不对称催化性能研究本章分为两节，以辛可宁和奎宁及聚-4-氨甲基苯乙烯为原料，合成了4种聚-4-氨甲基苯乙烯负载金鸡纳碱络合物催化剂，并对它们的结构用元素分析、X-射线光电子能谱、TG/DTA等几种测试手段进行了表征；首次将所合成的手性高分子负载的金属络合物用于催化芳香酮不对称还原反应，详细研究了所得的手性高分子负载的金属络合物对不同底物的催化性能，用HPLC等分析手段定量检测了还原过程的底物转化率及其产物对映异构体选择性，并考察了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂和底物投料比、反应溶剂和循环次数对催化性能的影响。

1、Neural network correlated with LIFG and RIFG exists in normal subjects in resting-state,which might be the neural foundation in retaining the normal language function;2、The left fusiform gyrus,bilateral medial frontal gyrus and right anterior cingulum in aphasia patients after stroke showed low degree correlation,that might be one of the mechanisms of aphasia;3、The brain regions showed positive correlation with RIFG in aphasia patients only exist in right hemisphere in resting-state as well as which exist in bilateral hemisphere in normal subjects,suggested that RIFG is out of correlation with the left hemisphere in aphasia patients;4、The left thalamus showed positive correlation with RIFG only in normal subjects, inferred that the left thalamus might be an important mesomerism structure in the correlation of bilateral hemisphere;5、Left insula showed stronger positive correlation with RIFG in normal subjects than that in aphasia patients,suggested that dominant hemisphere insula is important in retaining in normal language function.

1、正常人在静息状态下即存在与LIFG和RIFG具有相关性的神经网络，该网络可能是维持正常语言功能的神经基础；2、脑梗死后运动性失语患者左侧梭状回、双侧额叶内侧回、右侧前扣带与LIFG的连接程度的减低可能是运动性失语的发生机制之一；3、与RIFG正相关的脑区在对照组为双侧半球分布，而在患者组仅出现在右侧半球，说明患者组RIFG与左侧半球的连接中断；4、RIFG与左侧丘脑的正相关性仅出现在正常对照组中，推测左侧丘脑可能是联系两侧半球功能区的重要中介结构；5、对照组与RIFG正相关性明显高于患者组的脑区位于左侧岛叶，说明优势半球岛叶对维持正常语言功能具有重要作用；第二部分脑梗死运动性失语患者语言恢复机制的静息态fMRI初步探讨目的：运用fMRI技术，采用种子点方法在静息状态下分析脑梗死运动性失语患者不同的恢复阶段语言功能连接方式。

The sequence analyzing revealed that a sequence with a total length of 861 bp including 842 bp nucleotides of ATPase8 ATPase6 gene and partial sequence of the mitochondria CO Ⅱ was cloned. The ATPase8 and ATPase6 genes of Columba livia were proved to have good homology(88.1%~75.0%) with the other 5 species of birds recorded in the GenBank and it has 88.1% and 86.5% homology with Streptopelia orientalis.

结果表明：克隆得到了家鸽ATPase8-ATPase6基因842 bp及COII的部分序列共861 bp，用DNA分析软件对家鸽ATPase8和ATPase6基因与Genbank中的5种鸟类的ATPase8和ATPase6基因序列进行比较分析，表明家鸽与其他5种鸟类的ATPase8和ATPase6基因具有较高的同源性(88.1%~75.0%)，其中与山斑鸡的同源性最高，分别为88.1%和86.5%。

There is a small action range in archery.Simple methods and analysis is inadequate,so the author,on the basis of testing the archery athletes in national team with the Qualisisy infrared photoelectric testing system,Footscan sole pressure testing system,Noraxon myoelectricity remote testing system, etc,analyzes comprehensively the action technique of the athletes in national team from the posture,body motion characteristics,body posture equilibrium and stability,distribution of centre sole pressure, myoelectricity characteristics,etc,with the methods of relative software and data statistics.The conclusions and the suggestions are as follows:Conclusion:Firstly,the communality of posture angle,muscle strength,the activation order of main muscle during raising the bow, raising the bow and the timing of the raising could be used as the evaluation index of technique action in archery;Secondly,the length of the time needed in the different periods couldn\'t be used as technique evaluation index since it has no relation with the result.But the time of raising and pulling back the row is relatively fixed,and the time has a positive relation with the archery achievement of the national team in China.Thirdly,the central index of the sole pressure could be used as the reference criterion of selecting athletes and forecasting achievement.During playing archery,the interrelation between the central index of the sole pressure and the achievement is different individually and in different periods.Fourthly,there is low stability of the archery athletes in the front and back direction during the action, caused by the athletes\' posture disequilibrium of dorsal abdominal muscle and non-professional sport shoes..Fifthly,kinematics and electromyography shows that the people on archery in China haven\'t taken the raising and pulling back the row seriously.

射箭的肢体动作幅度小，简单的手段和分析不能满足其需要，笔者结合各种运动生物力学仪器优点及射箭项目的特性，选用Qualisisy红外光点测试系统、Footscan足底压力测试系统、Noraxon肌电遥测系统等对国家队射箭队运动员进行多方位的测试，运用相关软件及数理统计方法，对运动员的射箭动作技术，从射箭动作的姿态构架、肢体运动特点，身体姿态平衡稳定性、足底压力中心分布、肌电特性等进行全面分析，结论及建议如下：结论：第一，姿态角、肌肉用力激活程度、举弓阶段主要用力肌肉激活顺序、举弓、开弓时间等的一致性可作为射箭技术动作评价指标；第二，各动作阶段所用时间的长短不能作为技术评价指标，但举、开弓的时间相对较固定，开举弓时间比与中国国家队射箭成绩正弱相关达到显著性；第三，闭眼状态下足底压力中心单位面积轨迹长与144支箭最好成绩正相关达到显著性，可作为身体素质、选材及成绩预测的参考依据；实射时身体平衡的足底压力中心指标与成绩的相关程度具有个体性差异、阶段性差异；第四，射箭运动员实射时身体在前后方向上的稳定性较差，这与运动员的站立姿态、腹背肌力量的不匹配以及射箭没有专业运动鞋有关；第五，运动学及肌电学都表明中国射箭训练对举弓、开弓阶段的重视不够，背部肌肉用力特征不明显，撒放技术合理性不高。

The main aim of this thesis is to extend some results of classical convex analysis to notions of Carnot groups, which contain the inequalities of Hadamard type, the Lipschitz continuity, the comparison principle and the second order derivatives for convex functions on Carnot groups G and regularity of quasiconvex functions on G.

Sensitivity comparison between the novel one-step RT-PCR and DAS-ELISA for PVX revealed that the former method was 20 times more sensitive than the later one. The novel one-step RT-PCR system was also successfully tested with field samples of turnip mosaic virus in 8 different crucifer vegetable crops.

Through study of cyclic active database rule sets and analysis of triggering graph and activation graph, we present the concept of united formula and the algorithm to determine termination of a rule set corresponding to a cyclic triggering graph. We also present the time complexity analysis of the algorithm.
