首先，从大庆地区主要的风险源中遴选出四种主要的风险源，即洪涝、干旱、沙尘天气和石油污染等；依据不同生物类群对生境的要求，将本研究区域的19种景观生态类型归纳为7种生态系统：即芦苇沼泽、湖泡库渠、盐碱荒地、草甸草原、岛状林、农田、城镇；对四种主要风险源的进行分析，包括确定风险概率，划定空间分布，对风险受体的作用强度分析等；在进行暴露和危害分析中，本文主要借生态指数这一指标来反映不同生境类型的生态意义和地位，以脆弱度指数来体现不同生境的易损性，从而计算出各受体生态系统的生态损失度指数；由于各主要风险物质对风险受体的作用强度是不同的，对形成区域性生态风险的作用大小也有差异，因此本文采用层次分析法对主要生态风险物质进行综合评价，并把判断矩阵排序权值的合理计算问题归为—非线性化问题，并提出用基于遗传算法(GA[5])的层次分析模型进行权重分析；进行风险表征，即综合前面两个阶段的信息，对环境中风险的性质和强度以及风险评价过程中不确定性问题进行分析与描述，并划分出五级生态风险区；最后，根据划分的五级生态风险区的特征，分别提出针对各生态风险区的生态风险管理对策。

The research takes all members in 104 call center of Chunghwa Telecom Northern Taiwan Business Group, 228 people in total as survey targets of the questionnaire. The methodology of questionnaire is adopted as the collected data are statistically analyzed through SPSS for windows. The applied statistics methods include: descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, T-test analysis, One-Way ANOVA, factor analysis, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient, regression analysis, etc.

本研究以中华电信北区104查号委外发包全体员工228名为问卷调查对象，采问卷调查，并将所搜集的资料，透过SPSS for Windows 套装软体进行统计分析，使用的统计分析方法，包括：叙述性统计分析法、信度分析、T检定（T-test Analysis）与单因子变异数分析（One –Way ANOVA），因素分析、皮尔森积差相关分析及回归分析等方法。

The main results are:(1) the L1 boundedness of the Cesaro means operator of the harmonic expansions on the unit sphere with reflection-invariant measures is proved, and the characterization of the convergence index is given; for the points not in the planes with singularities, the pointwise convergence is also proved; these results are the generalizations of those both for the classical spherical harmonic expansions and for the Jacobi expansions;(2) Using the differential-reflection operators of Dunkl type, the uncertainty principle of a class of Sturm-Liouville operators is established, and as consequences, the uncertainty principles of some well-known classical orthogonal expansions such as Jacobi, Hermite and Laguerre expansions are obtained;(3) by introducing the Cauchy-Riemann equations in terms of the differential-reflection operators of two variables, the harmonic analysis of the extended Jacobi expansions is studied; the results include the Lp boundedness and the weak-L1 boundedness of the conjugate extended Jacobi expansions; specially, for some indexes p smaller than 1, the basic theory of the related Hardy spaces is established.

The research results indicate that the qualities of the Jurassic reservoir are dominated by construction. Good reservoirs lie to an advantaged nose protrusion, nearly relating to the distribution of sedimentary micro-facies. The reservoir that lies on the main position in the riverway has better gathering characters. Because argillaceous content is increase and the porosity and permeability became smaller, the character of the reservoir becomes bad in the flood plain area that lies on the skirted riverway and between riverways. Characters of the layer relate to the distribution of main sand-body that the better feature of the layer and the bigger thick of sandbody layer.

通过综合储层含油性、非均质性、分类研究的GIS 分析结果，研究认为：长西油田侏罗系储层性质受构造控制，储集性好的储层在区域上大多属于一个有利的鼻状隆起；且与沉积微相的展布密切相关，在河道主体部位的储层其储集性一般都较好，而在河道侧缘和河道之间的泛滥平原沉积区，泥质含量增加，孔渗性变差，储层的储集性也变差；储层优劣与主砂带的分布也有关，砂层厚度越大，储集性越好。

Sediments of this system were sequentially extracted in natural granularity. The result showed that there was a good linear relationship between organic matter and org / bact P contents in sediments. This organic matter in sediments was the source of org / bact P. The total phosphorus in sediments dominated the content of total dissolved phosphorus and phosphate in interstitial water. In addition, there were good relatiohships between total phosphorus in sediment and the total dissolved phosphorus in interstitial water, and between total phosphorus in sediment and phosphate in interstitial water. FeP and AlP in sediments were correlative with Eh and phosphate in interstitial water, respectively. This showed that the FeP and AlP contents were affected by Eh in interstitial water and the total content of FeP and AlP dominated the content of phosphate in interstitial water.

对沉积物—间隙水中磷形态的连续提取分析发现，自然粒度下，沉积物中有机质含量与沉积物中有机/细菌聚合磷存在很好的线性相关性，说明沉积物中有机质是有机/细菌聚合磷的源；沉积物中总磷决定间隙水中总溶解性磷和溶解性磷酸盐的含量，并且总磷与间隙水中总溶解性磷和溶解性磷酸盐存在很好的相关性；沉积物中FeP和AlP分别与间隙水中的Eh和溶解性磷酸盐存在相关性，说明Eh的大小严重影响FeP和AlP的含量，但是FeP和AlP含量之和又主导着间隙水中溶解性磷酸盐的含量。
