本文介绍了面向对象设计方法的概念和特点，并通过对传统的MIS系统分析和面向对象的系统分析方法的比较，论述了面向对象方法在MIS中的应用，体现了面向对象方法在移植性、复用性、可靠性、可扩充性及兼容性等方面的优势。

Then we studied the effects of the grafted silks with different weighting percentage and the difference of grafting to raw silk and to degummed silk by testing the properties of grafting silk, such as whiteness, moisture regains, dissolvability, dyeing properties (K/S, level dyeing), scan electron microscope, FT-IR, thermal behavior and amino acid analysis.

objective to compare image manifestations values between high resolution computerized tomography and x-ray chest film in idiopathic interstitial pneumonia in the elderly.methods we analysed and compared image manifestations between hrct and x-ray chest film with 12 cases of clinically suspected iip in the elderly.results ct and hrct had more sensitivity and specificity than x-ray chest film.there were more image manifestations in hrct such as grand grass,net,line,nodular,honeycombing,bronchiectasis,honeycombing cyst,peribronchovascular interstitial thickening and irregularity.there were significant difference between them （p.05）.these patients who were suspected iip had better control and remission after being treated with hormone and immuno-suppressive drug.conclusion it have more significant virtues in hrct to manifest iip in the elderly than x-ray chest film,and it also may manifest iip curative effect.

目的 比较高分辨断层摄影术、x线胸片检查对老年特发性间质性肺炎的诊断价值。方法对12例临床疑诊为间质性肺炎的老年患者，进行胸部hrct与胸部平片检查，并对照分析。结果胸部ct在诊断方面比常规胸片有较大的优越性，hrct则有更高的敏感性和特异性，hrct表现出磨玻璃影、网状、线条、小结节、蜂窝影，支气管扩张、细支气管扩张、支气管壁和血管壁增厚及不规则等征象，12例临床疑诊为间质性肺炎的患者，经胸部hrct诊断的12例，而胸部平片诊断的仅有2例，二者比较差异有显著性（p.05），hrct疑诊的iip患者，经临床激素及免疫抑制剂治疗，病情均得到控制或缓解。结论 hrct表现老年间质性肺炎的特点明显高于胸部平片，且hrct可以反映间质性肺炎的疗效。

Aimed at the arising problems such as the cross-incompatibility and hybrid's sterility during distant hybridization of fruit trees, effects of different treatments on cross-compatibility of distant hybridization in stone fruits were studied based on the former studies, then physiological and biochemical changes during hybridization between plum and apricot were primarily discussed, and rescue and culture system of hybrids' embryos were also conducted, further the genetic variation and principle between the hybrids and their parents were analyzed and methods of identification of hybrids were established.

本文认真地分析参考了江淮HF15015卡车驱动桥以及韩国现代468号驱动桥，在论述汽车驱动桥运行机理的基础上，提练出了在驱动桥设计中应掌握的满足汽车行驶的平顺性和通过性、降噪技术的应用及零件的标准化、部件的通用化、产品的系列化等三大关键技术；阐述了汽车驱动桥的基本原理并进行了系统分析；根据经济、适用、舒适、安全可靠的设计原则和分析比较，确定了重型卡车驱动桥结构形式、布置方法、主减速器总成、差速器总成、桥壳及半轴的结构型式；并对制动器以及主要零部件进行了强度校核，完善了驱动桥的整体设计。

For the purpose of understanding the vulnerability analysis role, importance and relationship with seismic hazard analysis and exposure assessment in earthquake loss estimation in global view, the general procedure of earthquake loss estimation is summarized first.

To achieve high-performance PMSM position servo system, advanced control scheme, which is static precision, transient responses and self-adaptation and anti-disturbances, is needed in practice. Based on the analysis on the features and control principles of PMSM, this thesis established its math model using id=0 vector control method. Three close loops control system, which includes current loop, velocity loop and position loop, was built up. For position loop, the main feedback loop, we chose a new adapted-fuzzy CMAC intelligent controller, which includes self-learn ability of neural net and quick response merit of fuzzy controller. Finally, the author simulates PMSM position servo system by the simulink of matlab, an advanced computer simulation tool.

本文对PMSM的控制机理和特性作了较为深入的分析；建立了PMSM的数学模型，并采用了id=0的矢量控制策略；对控制系统组成及控制方式作了分析和比较，在此基础上建立了电流环、速度环和位置环的三闭环控制系统，对作为反馈主回路的位置环采用了模糊CMAC神经网络控制方法，该方法兼具模糊控制器的快速性和神经网络的自学习能力；构建了针对PMSM位置伺服系统的模糊CMAC控制器结构及其相应的算法；利用先进的计算机仿真工具（Matlab下的Simulink）对所提出的控制策略进行了数字仿真和分析；仿真和实验结果表明本文所提出的控制策略对PMSM位置伺服系统进行控制具有良好的鲁棒性能和快速性。
