Methods We enrolled 551 vitiligo patients with psychological problems from total 7443 patients with vitiligo after investigating sexuality, profession, area of lesions, distribution, reactiveness and typing by filling out the epidemiological questionnaire, and then we analyzed the correlation of psychological problems and clinical manifestations. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS-13.0 software, and the data were analyzed by Chi-square test and variance analysis.

采用统一制定的流行病学调查表，调查员对白癜风患者进行面对面同等细致询问，就其性别、职业、皮损面积、单双侧分布、皮损的活动性及分型等情况进行调查，并让患者自身评价其心理状况，从7 443例患者中筛选出551例自觉有心理问题的患者，分析上述临床资料与心理问题的相关性。
