The history and current situation of research in speech recognition are proposed all-sidedly and systematically. We probe into such topics about acoustic features, phonetic features, phonologic features and auditory perception in terms of related theory and disciplines. Furthermore, we summarize and analyze focus in current theoretical and technical aspects of speech recognition and immediately put an insight into challenge to speech recognition presently, even in a long time.

论文全面、系统地介绍了国内外语音识别的发展历史和发展现状，结合相关学科的知识，分析了语音声学特征、语音学特征、音系学特征及其语音感知等有关问题，分析并总结了目前语音识别理论和技术实现方面的研究重点以及目前、甚至在相当长的时期内语音识别面临的挑战。

Through the traditional physiological and biochemical method, together with the 16SrDNA sequence homology and phylogenetic analysis, the strains were identified. The result shows they belong to the genus photobacterium, but they differ from any species of this genus in some characteristic which suggests they might be new species, and their taxonomic placement needs more information on genes level.

对两株菌进行鉴定，分析其生理生化特征和16SrDNA产物序列，确定这两株菌均属于发光杆菌属，但是和该属的各种还有一定差异，对其分类地位的最后确定还需进一步的系统发育学分析。

To compare changes on physicochemistry, rheology and microstructure for different sorts ofcheeses during storage, this research chooses Cheddar Cheese, Gouda cheese and Vintage cheese to analyze protein, fat, water content anddetermine Cheddar belongs to semi-soft cheese (44.1% moisture content), Gouda belongs to hardcheese (39.6% moisture content), Vintage belongs to especially hard cheese (32.2% moisturecontent).

干酪的组成分析和种类的确定为了比较不同种类干酪在贮藏过程中理化、流变学和微观结构的变化，本研究选择了Cheddar干酪、Gouda干酪和Vintage干酪，分析其蛋白质、脂肪及水分含量，确定Cheddar属于半软质干酪(水分含量44.1％)，Gouda属于硬质干酪(水分含量39.6％)，Vintage属于特硬质干酪(水分含量32.2％)。

以文献查阅-整理-调查为基础，综合运用植物学、植物解剖学、中药鉴定学知识与实验技术对川鄂山茱萸及其近缘植物进行分类学处理与解剖学研究，结合天然药物化学、仪器分析、药物分析等学科的知识与实验技术，用TLC定性分析川鄂山茱萸及其近缘植物的苷类化学组分；用HPLC测定川鄂山茱萸不同器官、细胞组织、果实不同采集期的熊果酸、马钱苷的含量并进行色谱条件优化。

In this study, the genomic structure and regulatory elements of ApoD from 10 representive species including protozoan, invertebrate, protochordate and vertebrate were analyzed and compared. The genomic structure of ApoD is less conserved in organisms from protostome to deuterostome invertebrates, while it is highly conserved among chordates including amphioxus and verebrates. All four conserved cysteine residues are present in amino acid sequence of deuterostome ApoDs, while there are only two cysteine residues in amino acid sequence of protostomes ApoD. Structure divergence between protostome and deuterostome ApoD proteins suggests their function difference. The majority of regulatory elements are present in nearly all organism ApoD genes ranging from unicellular protozoan to mammals, suggesting that ApoD plays a very fundamental role, and possesses a conserved regulatory mechanism. However, there also exist some specific regulatory elements, which are present only in certain species and may perform some special roles.ApoD mRNA expression in murine NIH/3T3 fibroblasts exposed to various stresses such as as hydrogen peroxide and UV light shows dose-dependent increase. And a fly homolog of ApoD, Glial Lazarillo, whose overexpression results in increased resistance to hyperoxia as well as a extension of lifespan under normoxia and resistance to starvation without altering lipid or protein content.

本文首先从生物信息学角度对分属于原生动物、无脊椎动物、头索动物和脊椎动物类群的10种动物ApoD的基因结构及调控区的调控元件进行分析及比较，发现：(1)ApoD基因外显子-内含子结构从原生动物草履虫到原口动物再到后口动物海胆的进化过程中不保守，但在分析的几种脊椎动物中相当保守；(2)文昌鱼ApoD基因扮演从无脊椎动物到脊椎动物承上启下的角色，可能代表了脊椎动物ApoD基因原型；(3)四个半胱氨酸保守位点在后口动物中都存在，而在原口动物中只存在两个，原口、后口动物ApoD蛋白一级结构上的差异反映蛋白功能上可能也存在一定差别；(4)调控区大多数主要调控元件为不同动物共有，说明ApoD主要功能及其表达调控在进化中相当保守；(5)ApoD基因个别调控元件是随着物种进化而出现并开始发挥相关作用，如SF-1；还有一些调控元件在进化过程中还没有发现其规律，这说明ApoD某些功能和基因表达调控模式可能因物种不同而存在一定的差异。
