In chapter one,I willanalyse three methodological principles in Jameson's dialecticalcriticism,that is,totalization,mediation and historicization;in chaptertwo,I will discuss Jamesonian theory aboutf the political unconsciousand his Marxism hermeneutic system;and in the final chapter,I willexplain the various ways of Jamesonian narrarive analysis,and attemptto explore his unconscious of the cultural-political poetics by which anycultural text is read as both ideolegy and utopia.

在第一章，我们分析了詹姆逊的辩证批评的三大方法论原则：总体化、中介化和历史化，并依据他的元批评观点考察了他与当代西方的各种理论话语的关系。在第二章，我们主要介绍了他的政治无意识理论以及他的马克思主义阐释学体系，揭示了他的文学和文化批评的主要特征。在第三章，我们以詹姆逊本人的批评实践为例说明了他的叙事分析的基本理路，并对他的文化政治诗学——即把文化文本既看作是意识形态的，又看作是乌托邦的——本身的无意识进行了历史的分析。

Materials and Methods The triphasic dynamic enhanced CT findings of 52 patients with renal cell carcinoma were reviewed.

资料与方法回顾性分析52例肾癌患者的三期动态CT扫描资料，对经手术病理证实的透明细胞癌、乳头状癌、嫌色细胞癌3种肾癌亚型图像进行双盲法对比分析，比较肿瘤的大小、强化程度与模式（均匀、不均匀及主要周边强化）、有无钙化、出血、坏死与囊变、肿瘤扩散及淋巴结转移等情况，同时结合患者的性别和年龄，分析3种亚型肾癌之间的影像学差异。

In the reasonable drug molecular design,analyzing the conformations of the substrate without three-dimension structure and confirming its active conformation are very important to illustrate the spatial shape and active site of target enzyme. The active conformation of protoporphyrinogen IX substrate of protoporphyrinogen oxidase has been established using the Distance Comparisons DISCO method. In this paper, four different conformational molecules of Protogen IX and crystal molecule of diphenylethersAF are analyzed by comparing their geometry parameters. The results show the lower energy active conformation from the DISCO model is more reasonable.

在合理药物设计方法中，当靶标酶的三维结构未知时，对其底物进行构象分析，特别是确定其活性构象，对阐明靶标酶活性中心的空间形状和作用位点具有十分重要的意义我们曾利用距离比较法确定了原卟啉原氧化酶的底物—原卟啉原IX的活性构象，本文从构象分析的角度对4种不同构象的原卟啉原IX分子与二苯醚类分子的晶体学构象进行了几何参数的比较和分析，结果进一步证实了距离比较法所确定的活性构象更为可靠

本文主要分为三部分，第一部分为钠长石玉的性质，采用常规的宝石学方法对钠长石玉的物理性质以及结构构造进行研究，利用电子探针分析对其化学成分进行分析，并运用SPSS统计软件对其矿物成分的化学成分变化进行探讨；采用X粉晶衍射测定其晶胞参数，对钠长石玉中矿物组成的晶体结构进行研究，对长石的有序度进行分析，并对钠长石玉的成因进行探讨；上述方法彼此相互验证，以证实数据的可靠性。

The second part is the second chapter of the paper, is introduces efficiency measurement methods and theory on banking, make matting for efficiency of the Rural Credit Unions. The third part is the third and fourth chapter of the paper ,and it is main body of the study .The third chapter is the efficiency analysis of the object ,the result show that the efficiency of RCU correspond, some lowlihead at all times, and scale inefficacy is mostly cause of RCU integrate technique inefficacy; The fourth chapter base the result analysis the factor affect RUCs technical efficiency ,discuss their relationship.

第三部分即是论文的第三、四章，这也是本研究的主体部分，第三章是对研究对象的DEA效率分析，首先对模型和指标的选择做出了详细的解释，并通过D卧模型实证分析了2000-2005年研究对象的效率及变化情况，结果显示苏北地区的农村信用社效率水平相当，部分县区的农信社效率在几年中一直低下，并且规模无效是导致农信社综合技术无效的主要原因；第四章主要用了经济计量学方法分析了影响农信社效率的主要因素与农信社效率的关系，得出资产规模、经营管理费用的增加会导致农信社效率的降低，而资源配置能力、多元化经营的水平、资产质量、资本充足率以及盈利能力与农信社效率呈正相关的关系。

Database was developed using in-situ water components absorption data to analyze the correlationship between absorption coefficients of suspended substances and their concentrations in the water color bands of MODIS and MERIS reflectance,respectively.Based on the bio-optical theory models and the remote sensing retrieval semi-analysis algorithm of Carder-MODIS phytoplankton optical characteristics,the sensitive bands adapting to local water optical characteristics were selected to develop empirical models of inherent optical characteristics,apparent optical parameters and component concentrations.And the remote sensing retrieval of water inherent optical characteristics and concentrations in the Hangzhou Bay at the MODIS band was achieved by this model.

利用实测水体组分吸收数据建立分析数据集，分别分析MODIS与MERIS特征波段水体悬浮物吸收系数与悬浮物浓度和遥感反射率的相关性；在生物光学理论模型的基础上，参考Carder-MODIS浮游植物固有光学性质遥感反演半分析算法，选择适合本地(来源：ABC论7f文网www.abclunwen.com)水体光学特点的特征波段，建立固有光学参数、表观光学参数以及成分浓度之间的经验模型，基于MODIS特征波段实现杭州湾水体固有光学性质及其浓度的遥感反演。
