The dynamic equations were derived for the vehicle-bridge coupled system with an axial force of bridge based on D Alembert's principle and the assumed mode method. The numerical results were obtained by Newmark-β method. Dynamic responses of the system caused by axial forces of bridge and speed of vehicle were discussed respectively.

应用达朗贝尔原理和振型分解法，建立了在桥梁轴向力作用下车-桥系统的动力学方程，利用Newmark-β方法，对车桥耦合问题进行数值求解，比较分析了桥梁轴向力、车速等对系统动力学响应的影响。

Firstly, this paper researched the mechanism of tubing string vibration when natural gas flows in horizontal well tubing string. Secondly, established whole tubing string undamped and damped vibration system model according as reasonable assumption data of one horizontal well. Apply finite element analysis software to calculate tubing string natural characters, simple harmonic dynamic behavior of stable gas production and nonlinear dynamic behavior. Finally, this paper carried out the safety varied frequency of gas well and the method of vibration reduction.

本文首先从理论和数值模拟研究了天然气在水平井油管柱内的流动诱发油管柱振动的机理，然后在合理假设的基础上结合某水平井数据建立了全井段油管柱无阻尼和有阻尼振动系统模型，利用有限元软件计算分析了油管柱固有特性、稳产简谐动力学响应和非线性动力学响应，针对油管柱振动规律提出了天然气安全调节频率范围和减振措施。

Results of kinetic study of the degradation process of anthocyanins in Myrica rubra juice suggeste that the degradation process is a first order degradation kinetic process. As the increase of temperature and pH value, the half-life degradation of anthocyanins and activation energy for the thermal degradation decrease significantly. Under the same condition, the half-life of concentrate is significantly lower than that of the juice.

花色苷降解动力学数据的分析结果表明：杨梅花色苷热降解属动力学一级反应，随着pH值和温度的升高，杨梅花色苷降解的半衰期(t 1/2)和热降解活化能显著下降，即花色苷的降解速度增大；同一处理条件下，浓缩果汁的 t 1/2明显低于澄清汁。
