Upon completion of this course, the student should be able to: distinguish between reliability and safety and critically read accident reports, perform a hazard analysis on a computer-based system, write requirements for a safety-critical system and trace safety constraints to design, work with human factors experts in the design of safe human-computer interaction, apply the principles of safe design to both systems and software, critique and evaluate a system design for safety, and design a process for building a safety-critical system.

通过完成这门课程，学生能够：区别可靠性和安全性，精读意外事件报告，运行一个以电脑为基础的系统的危险分析，写出一个安全危急系统的必备条件，并通过追踪安全限制，与人类因素专家合作设计安全的人机交互，在系统和软体中应用安全设计理论，评估一个设计系统的安全性和设计一个建立安全危急系统的步骤。

Base on the risk analyses on popular and fire-prone appliances such as air conditioner, refrigerator, washer, television and water heater, etc., results from research by experts world-wide together with our own experience of investigating fire accidents, this paper reviews and presents research results on causes of fire and the investigation methods. We propose several major factors which lead to most of the accidents of home appliance fire. These factors include flaws in design, failures of components, environmental conditions and improper operations.

本文的主要工作及结果如下： 1、通过对空调器、电冰箱、洗衣机、电视机和电热器具(包括电熨斗、电热毯、电热水器)等常见的、容易引起火灾的家用电器的工作原理和结构特点进行分析，指出容易引起火灾的因素，并参考国内外火灾事故调查专家和同行的研究成果，总结出家用电器火灾发生的主要原因是由于设计制造缺陷、元器件故障、外界环境影响和使用者操作不当等几大因素造成的。

Then, based on the analysis of parachute design process, an expert system is used for the uncertain parameter decision and airdrop experiment fault diagnosis in the course of parachute design.

Consequently, this essay choose the "Z-Score Model", which was developed by Altaian, the famous American expert in risks management, to analyze and evaluate the listed companies' credit risks in China and to verify its efficiency to Chinese stocks market. The " Z-Score Model" is an innovation in the evaluation of companies' credit risk in the United States' banks, which is now being used widely. If the model is also applicable in Chinese stocks market, it will be significant in both theories and practices.

因此，本文选用作为美国商业银行信用评估方法的一次重要创新的，目前仍被美国商业银行广泛使用的，由美国著名信用风险管理专家Altman建立的"Z评分模型"(Z-Score Model)来对我国上市公司的信用风险状况进行实证研究，验证其在我国股票市场的有效性程度，如果能证明"Z评分模型"同样适用于我国证券市场，并将其改造为更适合我国上市公司的信用风险分析模型，将不仅具有很大的理论价值，而且也具有十分重要的现实意义。

The mechanism and dynamic model of ASVG is introduced in this article at first. Then the authors point to the problems of running and control of ASVG under asymmetric conditions of power system, and put forward the asymmetric expert PID control law. Under the experimental condition of 10%negative voltage, the simulated results are given.

Firstly, based on the comprehensive investigation and analysis on the Wenchuan earthquake context, the intrinsic causing factors selected had been defined as the preliminary scenario by expert experiences. The logisticl regression analysis was carried out to produce the landslide susceptiblity map in this study area.
