首先，在第一部份中简要介绍了我国摩托车工业的发展历史和市场现状，；在第二部分中，介绍了国际市场的摩托车贸易现状，对中国摩托车出口的国际市场特点进行研究，分析影响中国摩托车出口的各类因素；在第三部分中，通过对重庆市摩托车近期出口现状的分析，指出扩大重庆摩托车出口所面临的瓶颈问题；第四部分，在对加入&WTO&以后我国摩托车工业可能受到的影响进行分析的基础上，为扩大重庆摩托车产品的出口提出一些新的思路。

According to the deficiency of Image Fusion applications in entertainment equipments, such as no special research that combines Virtual Reality, Self-control Photographing, Computer Vision and Image Fusion technologies together, we propose an Image Fusion algorithm base on Character of Apperceiving Contrast, which take system elements into account, e.g. integrity image quality balance and costs.

鉴于目前对图像融合技术在娱乐领域的应用缺乏研究，尤其缺乏将虚拟现实技术、自助照相技术、机器视觉技术和图像融合技术综合运用的分析研究，因此我们从分析人类视觉特征入手，运用系统的观念综合平衡图像质量、系统成本等技术指标，在对虚拟实时自助照相系统具体技术指标深入分析的基础上，提出了基于对比度感知特征（Character of Apperceiving Contrast）的图像融合算法。

Aiming at the ballasted continues welded track and turnout structure on the normal embankment, stability analysis model of continues welded track is established by finite element method to avoid the disadvantages of traditional methods, compile the finite element analysis program and make comprehensive analysis on the lateral deformation and vibrational characteristics caused by temperature force of the continues welded track and turnout str ucture.

本文针对有砟轨道普通路基上无缝线路及无缝道岔轨道结构，运用有限元法，建立了三维无缝线路稳定性分析模型，避免了传统理论假设过多的弊端，基于有限元分析软件，编写了有限元分析程序，对无缝线路和无缝道岔的横向变形和横向振动特性进行了全面研究，主要研究内容有：1。

Accordingly, this paper evaluates intellectual capital from two periods. The first period is to evaluate value creation potential of intellectual capital; the aim is to see the dynamic change of intellectual capital quantity. The paper sums up static state quantity, combination efficiency and structural extent these three factors which influent on intellectual capital creation potential. Paper uses FA in the evaluation; the second period is to evaluate intellectual capital value using ability. The aim is to expose the using efficiency of intellectual capital. The research of this period is studied from internal enterprises and external ones. Internal factors come from enterprises bestir intellectual capital, external factors come from competition extent. On the base of theory analysis, the relationships which intellectual capital bestirs mode and competition extent do to intellectual capital value contribution come out. This period uses AHP to evaluate intellectual capital.

围绕叠溪地震区的龙池岸坡在引水隧洞施工开挖过程中多处出现沟谷相的松散堆积物这一地质现象为线索，在多次现场地质地貌调研分析的基础上，采用甚低频电磁法现场测试和RaA氡气现场测试的验证分析，阐明了龙池岸坡中埋藏古沟槽的空间分布特征，揭示岷江河谷近期演化特征，解决引水工程施工中所关心的地质问题；通过本次研究不仅对龙池岸坡的稳定性有了新的认识，而且为类似强震区的岸坡稳定性分析提供新的思路和方法。

the study aims at the actual network status of one work section in daqing oil field,makes a network analysis and planning for the new mixed model of this work section,expends wireless network for the work section on the basis of existing network,and conjoins wire and wireless network together to form an integrated oil field information transfer system.at the same time,using opnet modeler simulation flat roof to structure simulation models (network models,node models and a process model),and analyzing the functions and work mechanism of the major modules for related models,making a simulation for the structured network models,then according to the different parameters,analyzing the individual statistics comparatively such as delay,data dropped and so on,the effects of data packet,data rate and fragmentation threshold to the network performance are gained.after all these,the best structure network scheme for this improved section is determined.

摘 要：此项研究主要针对大庆油田某作业区的实际网络现状，对该作业区进行网络分析和规划，在该作业区现有的有线网络基础上扩充无线网络，实现有线网与无线网的综合，构成一个完整的油田传输信息体系。同时利用opnet modeler仿真平台为该作业区新建混合网络建立仿真模型(网络模型、节点模型和进程模型)，分析相关模型中主要模块的作用和工作机理，对已建立的网络模型进行仿真，在不同的参数设置下，通过对比分析时间延迟、丢包率等统计特性，得出数据包分组、数据率和拆分门限对网络性能的影响，最终决定改进网络的最佳组网方案。

This model decompounds the cooperative partners of virtual enterprises as the roles of the agile supply through analyzing the business process of the agile supply chain; an agent stands for one role of the agile supply chain. We give the architecture of agent negotiation and the reasoning process model based multi-agent negotiation with fuzzy logic control after analyzing the process of multi-agent negotiation. An evaluating principle of the cooperative partners is given for this reasoning process model firstly, then, we analyze the factor, which affect the agent evaluating the cooperative partners with the principle. An evaluation index system is designed for multi-agent and multi-issue and multi-level negotiation, then, we evaluate the proposal in the agent negotiation with the index system fuzzily and synthetically and the result range from 0 to 1. This evaluation method is generic, furthermore, for the adaptability of agent, partiality of agent can be defined manually or automatically, the user can adjust the partiality with changing the weight to optimize negotiation results.

To exemplify how the framework works and the effectiveness of the framework, the present study applies the framework to an analysis of a total amount of five Chinese and English news texts from the People"s Daily and the Washington Post on the representation and portrayal of Iraq during the period of the weapon inspection in 2003. In the course of the study, the ideological meaning of the language in the news reports is revealed and all kinds of "common-sense meanings in the examples of the language in news reports are denaturalized.

This chapter starts with the determination of primary sense of under. Then it focuses on how its spatial senses are extended from the central image schema to its transformations by metonymy. Next, this part also focuses on how its metaphorical senses are extended in terms of the central image schema and transformations by metaphor. In these analyses, this thesis summarizes four kinds of relations: the relation of UP-DOWN, the relation of HIGH-LOW, COVERING relation or the relation of IN-OUT and the relation of SOURCE-PATH-GOAL. Lots of metaphorical senses of under are derived from these basic spatial relations. In this thesis, the relations between the senses derived from central image schema and those derived from its transformations are explored at length. The relations between the spatial senses derived from central image schema and transformations and the metaphorical senses derived from them are also explored at length. The above analyses demonstrate that the sense extension of the spatial preposition is motivated by image schema, which also provides the root for metonymic and metaphorical extension. The semantic network of under is diagramed finally.

Based on theoretical analysis, a three dimensional non-linear finite element program is developed to examine the effects of alleviating bridge approach differential settlement by emplacing geogrids in the backfill behind bridge abutment. After analyzing the character of stresses and displacements within backfill behind bridge abutments and the interfacial friction action between geogrids and fillings, mechanism of using geogrids to reduce differential settlement is obtained.
