This dissertation refers 4 main contents: firstly, it is the analysis of the connotation and character of the logistics park; it analyses the logistics park's concept, functions, assorter and the relationship with the logistics system and national economic and social development. Secondly, it is the research of the development actuality about the logistics park, after using the foreign experience for reference; it forecasts the demands of the logistics in the Straits Western Side Economic Zone based on the study of the status quo. Thirdly, it is the study of the logistics park spatial structure; it describes the way to lay out the logistics park in 3 different levels as province, city and country. Finally, it is research of work mechanism and the policy measure about the construction of logistics park.

本文的主要内容包括四个方面：物流园区的内涵与特征分析，分析物流园区的概念、功能及分类，研究物流园区与物流系统及经济社会发展的关系；物流园区发展现状及需求分析，借鉴国外先进的物流园区建设模式，及我国三大经济区物流园区发展模式，在分析海峡西岸经济区经济发展现状的基础上，预测福建省物流需求状况；物流园区空间布局结构问题研究，以物流园区所依托的城市为研究对象，分析物流园区空间布局载体类型划分的标准和原则，从全省、各市和各区三个层次提出物流园区布局载体的划分方式；物流园区建设工作机制和政策措施研究。

Based on the financial data of 160 companies in both the stock market of Shanghai and Shenzhen between 2003 and 2005, we first use principle component analysis to eliminate the effect of multiple collinearity while at the same time remain as much information as possible.

本文主要运用主成分分析、多元判别分析和 Logistic 回归分析这三种多元统计分析方法，研究了结合了主成分分析的多元判别模型和Logistic 回归模型在违约概率预测上的应用。

其一，研究适宜于不同实际问题需要的向量小波基（如周期向量小波、插值向量小波、高维向量小波等）；其二，从算子逼近阶的角度研究一般函数逼近算子、小波算子和向量小波算子的异同点以及较优适用领域；在此基础上，探索将向量小波分析应用于函数空间理论研究的途径，寻找更高层次、更便捷地研究多元函数空间逼近理论的方法；其三，充分利用向量小波所独具的完美性质，探索在〓空间〓无条件基的构造中，向量小波分析的价值；其四，对向量小波适用的信号瞬态分析、图像边缘分析、数据压缩保真、分形信号分析等领域应给予特别的重视。

Through the analyzing, we can know that the general situation of the retailing industry's internationalization in china and the reason of retailing industry's internationalization; we analyze the condition of the overseas retailing industry's internationalization and their general situation and the effect of the investment in china for consulting; we summarize the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese and overseas chain retailing company in domestic competing situations, then analyze, point out the advanced point of the overseas retailing industry and the lacking point of the Chinese retailing company; based on the contradistinctive analyzing, combining the trend of present retailing industry's development, we could make the developing strategy for the Chinese retailing industry in the future.

通过分析了解我国零售业国际化的概况以及零售业国际化的动因；为了具有参照性，对国外零售业的国际化状况进行分析，分析他们的概况以及在中国投资的影响；总结本土竞争环境下中国与外国连锁零售企业所具有的优势与劣势，进行对比分析，指出外国零售企业的先进之处和中国零售企业的不足；在对比分析的基础上结合当今零售业发展的趋势提出未来中国零售企业的发展对策。

Because of inappropriate operation between oncoming straight and left-turn vehicles of signalized intersections of urban areas in Taiwan the department of traffic ever offered corrigible opinions involve in right of way, center of intersections adjudging hard and indirectly encouraged to accelerate left-turn vehicles. But all still lack quantification analysis. Therefore, this problem is worth studying.This study will aim at safe passage of oncoming straight and left-turn vehicles for at-grade signalized intersections. So, this study will be based on row's theory, theory of traffic conflicts, and take many factors into consideration, such as the width of the intersections, types of the intersections, center of the intersections, the size of the vehicles, the location of the vehicles, the radius of turn, paths of operation, the speed of the vehicles, the types of collisions, the angle of road, and also deduce formulas of coordinate of paths. The main method used in this research is the simulation of different situations. By the method, the analytic model of safe passage of oncoming straight and left-turn vehicles for at-grade signalized intersections will be established, and this study will also subsume critical speed of conflict and expected number of times of safe passage. Finally involved rules of safe passage will be proffered.

鉴於台湾都市地区路口对向直行左转车辆常遭受对向车辆不当驾驶行为干扰，因而道路交通主管机关曾针对路口对向直行左转相关道路交通法规可能产生之对向直行左转路权判断不易、路口中心处不易区分、间接鼓励路口转弯车加速左转等问题提出检讨之修正意见，唯整体考量仍缺少〝量化〞分析，系一值得研究之课题，因此，本研究将针对号志化平面路口对向直行左转车辆安全通行问题於法规层面上之特殊性，以交通冲突理论、路权理论为基础，并考量路口宽度、路口型式、路口中心处、车辆尺寸、转弯半径、运行轨迹、行驶速率、行车位置、最终碰撞型态、道路交角等因素，先行推导车辆行驶轨迹座标公式，再利用情境模拟分析法，进行号志化平面路口对向直行左转车辆安全通行分析，分析过程中则纳入冲突临界速率与安全通行期望次数理念，并根据路口对向左转车辆安全通行轨迹、速率集中分布范围之分析结果及相关理论，研拟号志化路口对向左转车辆安全通行轨迹、速率，及对向直行左转车辆路权判断原则，以供驾驶者路口直行左转安全通行之参考。

On this basis, combing characteristics of the agricultural post-graduates job market, stating with the internal and external factors that agricultural graduate students employment faced in the new period , the writer analyzed and summarized the main and direct factors impacting agricultural post-graduate employment trends in Hubei Province which are the employer-oriented factor , employed Agricultural Science Graduates\' judge factor , and post-graduates employment intention factor, and made comparative analysis, cross analysis, correlation analysis and correlation analysis on related data of these three closely research object.

在此基础上，结合农科研究生就业市场自身特点，从新时期农科研究生就业所处的内外部因素入手，分析并概括出影响湖北省农科研究生就业趋势的主要直接因素分别是用人单位取向因素、已就业农科研究生裁判因素和在读研究生就业意向因素，并将这三个互为密切的调研对象的相关数据进行比较分析、交叉分析、关联性分析和相关分析。

We made some improvements in the system architecture and packet capture module and analysis method of the IDS and got satisfactory results. Based on protocol distributary, the system balances the load, making large numbers of network packets switch to different analysis module according to their protocols. The architecture solves the bottleneck of centralized detection system in which all the packets are sent to analysis module to process and enhances the detection efficiency.

在系统的体系结构上，我们利用协议分流技术进行负载均衡，使得大量的网络数据包按照不同的协议被分流到不同的分析处理模块，解决了集中式检测系统存在的瓶颈问题，即所有的数据包都被送到一个集中的分析模块进行分析、处理，既提高了检测的效率，同时也增强了系统的抗攻击能力，即使某一个分析模块无法正常工作，也不会影响到其他的分析模块。

第三章研究从工业化和农村工业化的内涵及理论入手，分析了农村工业化的理论依据、农村工业化的发展历程及制约因素，集中论述县域经济与工业化的相互关系，研究分析认为，没有工业化就没有现代化，要发展壮大县域经济，缩小地区差距、城乡差距、工农差距，其核心就是工业化；城镇化的推进要以工业化为依托，农业现代化的推进要以工业化为基础，工业化上不去，经济总量就上不来，财富总量也上不来。
