The conversion boundary of self-incompatibility was researched by sowing by stage. Sunshine of day and temperature was studied critically by investigating leafage and researching traits indoors. The results showed that the daily minimum temperature was the principal factor of affinity conversion and the affinity conversion boundary was 16.5~18.1℃.HE97 was primarily regard as self-incompatible line in this research. The method was by inbreeding and sib HE97, Half the silk of HE97 and Zheng58. Inbreeding and cross have been done simultaneously. The extending condition of pollen tube was observed by dying the silk after pollinating 4 hours. The individuals with pollen tube were observed having seeds, while the individuals without pollen tube were observed having few seeds or no seeds. So this study regard HE97 as sporophytic self-incompatibility .The planting ration of female parent HE97 and male parent 87-1 was 4:1.The nature cross-pollination was studied by the theory of endosperm xenity, the study show that the setting percentage of HE97 was 625%, in which the seed in self was 70% and the seed in hybrid was 30%. This was consistent with the study of silk anatomy structure, then come to the same conclusion: compatible pollen germination and fertilization can stimulate the self-incompatible pollen germination and fertilization in the same corn cob.

通过分期播种，进行了光温敏自交不亲和材料HE97亲和性转换区间的研究，依据田间跟踪调查叶龄及室内考种研究了HE97亲和性转换区间的光温临界值，结果表明：1日最低温度是影响HE97自交不亲和性的主要原因，亲和性转换区间在16.5℃～18.1℃之间。2通过HE97自交和姊妹交以及将HE97与郑58作为双亲，各自的花丝一分为二，分别正反交，授粉后4个小时分别取其花丝进行固定、染色，观察花粉管的伸长情况，根据结实率与花粉管伸长的对应关系，结果发现观察到花粉管的对应植株收获到了种子，而没有观察到花粉管的对应植株结实率极低或没有结实，本研究把HE97初步划为孢子体自交不亲和类型。3以HE97为母本，87-1为父本，按4母：1父行比，通过花粉直感效应研究天然异交率，结果母本HE97结实良好(62%)，其中自交粒占70%，异交粒占30%，结合花丝切片观察表明，亲和花粉的萌发及受精会导致落在同一果穗柱头上不亲和花粉的萌发不再受抑制。

Methods: During the April 2003 to December 2004, from the patients with different position colorectal cancer beyond Dukes C stage who were performed laparoscopic radical operation random draw 20 patients as experiment group, and from patients with different position colorectal cancer beyond Dukes C patients who were performed open radical operation 20 patients took randomly as contrast group. We draw thepatients blood about 5 ml from antecubital vein at the time before and after the operation about 30 minutes respectively, preserved the blood in deep hypothermia circumstance,cytrokeratin-20(CK-20) as the micrometastasis maker, using the RT-PCR technique,G3PDH as the intra-contrast gene, quantitatively detect the amounts of CK-20 in the blood with the gelatum imagery system and the computer analyzing software on the gelatum imagery system ,in order to compare the influence of the laparoscopic and the open operation on the micrometastasis.

在我院2003年4月—2004年12月间不同部位的临床分期在Dukes C期之内的接受了腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术结直肠癌患者中随机抽取20例作为试验组，另外在同期的接受开腹手术患者中随机抽取20例作为对照组，分别抽取术前30min和术后30min的肘前静脉血5ml，集中低温保存，以细胞角蛋白(cytekeratin-20)CK-20为微转移的标志物，应用RT-PCR技术，以G3PDH为内对照基因，应用凝胶成像系统及其计算机凝胶成像系统分析软件来定量检测手术前、后患者外周静脉血中CK-20含量，比较腹腔镜和开腹的手术方式对肿瘤微转移的影响。

The position of the primary carcinoma of unsuspected gallbladder carcinoma ofen located in the collum and body of the gallbladder, the position of the primary carcinoma of preoperative diagnosed gallbladder carcinoma ofen located in the body and fundus of the gallbladder. The incidence of Nevin I stage and II stage in unsuspected gallbladder carcinoma was significantly higher than that in preoperative diagnosed gallbladder carcinomaP.

意外胆囊癌的Nevin分期，在Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期的比例均高于术前确诊的胆囊癌，差异有显著意义(P＜0.05)；在Ⅳ期的比例低于术前确诊的胆囊癌，差异有显著意义(P＜0.05)；在Ⅴ期的比例低于术前确诊的胆囊癌，差异有非常显著意义(P＜0.01)。

This thesis consists of five parts. The first part analyses Jameson"s theory of per iodization, thus proves the inevitability of mass culture. The second part analyses the characteristic of mass culture by comparing it with elite culture. The third part points out the essence of mass culture and the ideology in it. The fourth part is the function of mass culture .The last part evaluates Jameson"s mass culture theory and points out that it may serve as reference to our contemporary cultural undertakings.

本文分五个部分，第一部分阐述詹明信的文化分期论，论述大众文化产生的必然性；第二部分与精英文化作对比，试析大众文化的特点；第三部分论述大众文化的性质及意识形态性；第四部分论述大众文化的功能和作用；第五部分评价詹明信的大众文化理论，并指出其对我国当前大众文化建设的参考意义。

I made 'natural sciencedictionary' which is edited in chief by Zhenhuan JIANG ( superscribed by Jiaxi LU,preluded by Sanqiang QIAN ) as my source of statistics and adopt the researchmethod of statistic computation. As a result of my research, I get aggregatedeveloping time series analysis of technological sciences and time series analysis offour-layer technological sciences. Then, I combine statistic computation with historyreview. After category definition and corroboration about technological sciences isestablished integrally and accurately.

根据刘启华教授主持的国家社会科学基金项目&技术科学的范畴界定、历史分期与发展模式研究&中设计的研究思路，本文以姜振寰主编(卢嘉锡题名、钱三强写序)的《自然科学学科辞典》为统计源，采用统计计量的研究方法，分别做出了技术科学总体发展的时间序列分析和四个层次技术科学发展的时间序列分析。

Soybean planted in the yellow brown soil, althongh they had big difference in nodule numbers caused by different inoculation methods, there were no difference in the fresh shoot weight because of the poor nutritional conditions. Soybean planted in the brown soil, the difference between different inoculations and fresh shoot weight were obviously because of the balance nutritional conditions. Although there were big difference in nodule numbers when soybean were planted in the peat, there were no difference in the fresh shoot weight, this might be caused by peat, the peat were not a natural soil type and the nutritional conditions might be unbalance.

分期采样的结果表明，黄棕壤中栽种的大豆，虽然接种根瘤菌对结瘤作用有较大的影响，但由于黄棕壤的肥力状况欠佳，而对豆科植物地上部分生长的影响未显出作用；棕壤土中栽种的豆科植物，接种根瘤菌在结瘤方面和植物地上部分生长方面，由于土壤肥力状况较为平衡，均表现出明显的效果；草炭土中生长的豆科植物在结瘤方面虽然表现出较大差异，但由于这种土壤的肥力状况不适于豆科植物的生长，而使地上部的生长也未形成统计上的差异。

This thesis attempts to study the reasons behind the background, condition, trend and transformation from 1945 to 1997 in Taiwan.Besides, its timetable is defined by technological 、 social and economic factors, and it tries to break through the structure of style"s development in the West, thus the essay reclassifies the formative technique and style in Taiwan, and explores the meaning in office buildings" style.

本论文主要的目的就在於了解商业办公大楼在台湾的发展状况与其建筑样式的转变趋势，并寻找影响商业办公大楼样式改变的原因，以1945年至1997年间台湾商业办公大楼为范围，尝试探讨其样式的发展背景、状况、趋向以及转变的原因，除了以建筑技术发展、社经环境发展来作为时间轴上分段之依据外，并试图跳开以西方建筑样式发展为主之分期框架，重新整理台湾商业办公大楼之造形手法与建筑样式发展，并探讨样式产生背后的意义。
