The grafted and ungrafted carbon black are characterized by FTIR spectrum and TEM. Deposition experiments show that the unmodified carbon black in suspension sedimentates in 5 min. The ultraviolet transmittance of p-PS carbon black/water suspension increases from 1.5% to 11.4% and that of carbon black grafted with 13% SPF increases from 43.4% to 64.8% after 15 days' deposition.

通过FTIR、TEM等手段对p-PS和SPF改性炭黑进行了表征；未经改性的炭黑5min即会完全沉降；p-PS改性炭黑，在自然沉降15d后，分散液透光率从1.5%增加到11.4%；接枝率为13%的SPF改性炭黑，分散液透光率从43.4%变为65.8%。

TEM observation indicates that there is micro-phase dispersed in EPDM/ZDMA vulcanizate. The size of the fine particles is about 10 to 40 nm and the size slightly increased with increasing ZDMA content.

TEM观察表明，EPDM/ZDMA硫化胶中均匀分布着微分散相，当ZDMA用量从10份至80份变化时，这些微分散相的粒径也越来越大，总体上在10～40nm之间。

The forecasted total wastewater volume in 2020 is 28 104 m3/d . It is put forward that a classification treatment mode is used to realize integration of centralized and decentralized treatment. The construction of four centralized wastewater treatment plants named Baozhen, Xinhe, Chengqiao and Changxing is proposed. For the wastewater from other towns and centralized residential areas, the small decentralized ecological treatment modes such as constructed wetlands are used. The courtyard treatment mode is used for the wastewater from the rural arear.
