For this purpose, genotyping was performed on males of 18 Angus, 23 Jinnan cattle, 20 Limousin, 28 Luxi cattle, 26 Qinchuan cattle, 29 Simmental, 29 Charolais. In the association studies traits of interest were analyzed using the RFLP-PCR and GLM procedure of SAS 9.1 and least square means of the genotypes were compared by the Tukey' s test.

基于这一目标，应用RFLP技术对18头安格斯，23头晋南牛，20头利木赞，28头鲁西牛，26头秦川牛，29头西门塔尔牛和29头夏洛莱牛进行了基因型分型，SAS 9.1的GLM过程中的Duncan's 检验对不同基因型之间进行了多重比较分析，结果表明，EcoRⅤ位点与体重、日增重、眼肌面积和嫩度之间存在显著生物学相关，并且AG基因型个体与其它基因型相比在日增重和嫩度上存在显著差异（p0.05），而AA基因型个体相对于其它基因型具有较大的眼肌面积（p0.05）。

Results The estimated heritabilities of each item were from 0.59 to 0.87 after adjusting for age.The heritabilities of triceps skinfolds,subscapular skinfolds,sum of triceps and subscapular skinfolds and body fat percent were the lowest in preadolescent period in the boys(0.55,0.62,0.53,0.51,respectively) and the lowest in lateadolescent period in girls(0.53,0.43,0.24,0.40,respectively).In the course of adolescence,the heritabilities of lean body mass increased steadily in both boys and girls.

结果 全部双生子分性别校正年龄后，各指标遗传度在0.59～0.87之间；不同发育期各指标遗传度存在差异，肱三头肌皮褶、肩胛下皮褶、2处皮褶厚度之和、体脂百分比的遗传度男生在青春期前期最低，分别为0.55，0.62，0.53，0.51，女生在青春期晚期最低，分别为0.53，0.43，0.24，0.40；男、女瘦体重遗传度随青春期发育进程呈增加趋势。

Eight Qinchuan cattles(3 males,3 females and 2 steers) were slaughtered and carcass were divided up to 16 retail cuts: tenderloin, striploin, ribeye, high rib, brisket, rib cut, beef rump, topside, knuckle, silverside, fore beef shank, rear beef shank, triangle meet ,beef neck and beef shoulder, from which the following items, including content of water, crude ash, crude fat, crude protein, meat colour, pH value, tenderness and water holding capacity were measured.
