This paper analyzes the characters and environment of the software project management, studies various development methods. After absorbing the knowledge of software engineering, project management, object-oriented method, system engineering, artificial intelligence, distributed network management system, character and mapping technique, this paper puts forward the Agent-based method in software project management and lucubrates the Agent-based system analysis, system design and programming.

本文针对软件开发项目管理的特点和环境，分析比较了各种开发方法，吸收了软件工程、项目管理、面向对象方法与技术、系统工程、人工智能、分布式网络管理系统、特征及映射技术等领域的知识，提出了基于Agent的软件开发项目管理方法，对基于Agent的软件开发项目的系统分析、系统设计以及程序编制等方面进行了深入研究，并且采用可视化统一建模语言来自动生成基于Agent的应用程序模型。
