In this paper, a simple, accurate and intuitionistic formula and method for calculating and analyzing the I-V characteristics of a pn junction is deduced. The method is used to calculate and analyze the I-V and RD-V characteristics of two typical HgCdTe loophole junctions. Some important parameters which reflect the characteristics of a diode, such as surface Ohm leakage conductance and the distribution of the ideal factor n with voltage are obtained.

本文推导了一种可简便、准确、直观计算和分析pn结I-V特性的公式和方法，并应用该方法对两类典型HgCdTe环孔pn结的I-V、RD-V特性进行了计算和拟合；得到了表面欧姆漏电导、二极管理想因子n随电压的分布等反映二极管结特性的重要参数。

Two main types of muzzle brakes named baffle type and light weight type have been designed for carrying out the simulation and analysis of muzzle flow in this research. The utilizing of parameters from simulations and some given conditions to impact deflectors of muzzle brakes to make the recoil part get a momentum to move forward in order to lower recoil force have been expressed in this research as well.

The dynamic behaviour of copper was investgated making use of an ex-perimental Lagrangian analysis technique,in which multiple manganin gauges were used to measure the stress-time history at different Lagrangian positions in the stress wave field,and a modified pathline method was used to analyse and solve the dynamic and physical parameters of the flow field.

In order to apply MR model to non-life insurance pricing, chapter three will extend MR model to introduce loss 3 and layer P . Since the premise of MR model is a certain market price of loss, the chapter four will use the risk-neutral probability transformation technique to get the market value of loss. Under lognormal distribution, we will use location parameter shift and proportional PH transformation to illuminate the technique. The final chapter combines the prior sections result to deduce out the fair premium formula, and apply it to price the catastrophe insurance.
