All these attempts aim to provide some theoretical guidance for the succeeding experiential researches.

纯化后的Centrin先运用GenePro对它的一些参数及性质做了预测，诸如等电点、净电荷量、亲水亲脂性、α-螺旋分布及钙结合区氨基酸序列分布等，以期为后续实验研究起到理论性的指导作用。
