Analyzed temperatures distribute during roughing roll and the effect of rolling parameter to draught pressure,analyzed the effect of rolling parameter to railhead and extension of heavy rail. At last,the research analyzed metal point's flow characteristic and revealed deforming regularity of heavy rail.

分析了在粗轧过程中温度场的分布以及轧制过程中轧制参数对轧制力的影响规律，分析了轧制参数对轨头、轨底宽展的影响规律，最后还分析了金属质点流动特性，揭示了重轨的变形规律。

On the basis of nonlinear FEA code ANSYS/LS-DYNA, rail rolling process of universal rolling unit were simulated by 3D large deformation thermal-mechanical coupled elastic-plastic FEM. And the deformation shape of the work piece, deformation parameters and cross dimensions for each pass were obtained and stress,stain distribution and metal flow in rolling process of typical passes were analyzed in detail. Analyzed typical pass stress and strain distribute, rolling stress and deforming in universal pass last groove in detail,discussed the effect regularity of residual stress distribution and size to safely using rail, detailed to expound universal pass to railhead tread circular arc process.

本文基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA非线性显式有限元软件，以60kg/m的重轨为研究对象，采用全三维弹塑性热力耦合的有限元方法研究了重轨在万能轧机组中的变形过程，得到了轧件在孔型中的延伸情况、各道次轧件的变形参数，分析了典型道次的应力、应变分布，并详细分析了全万能成品孔型中轧件受力和变形情况，讨论了残余应力的分布及大小对钢轨安全使用的影响规律，详细地阐述了全万能成品孔型对轨头踏面圆弧的加工过程。

The effects of structural parameters of target cathode on magnetic field distribution during magnetron sputtering were simulated and analyzed to design a new-type rectangularly plane cathode,then the magnetic field of the designed cathode was simulated and analysed.

文章模拟分析了结构参数对磁控溅射阴极磁场分布的影响，设计了一种新型的矩形平面磁控溅射阴极，并对设计的阴极磁场进行模拟分析，结果表明有效提高了靶材表面磁场分布的均匀性。

The main contents and achievements are summarized as following: 1. The principle of tension leveling of metal strip is described systematically using relative tension and relative curvature on the basis of plane hypothesis including the stress distribution on the section, the condition to undergo plastic longitudinal elongation, the calculation of longitudinal elongation, the change of tension along the strip etc.. 2. The tension leveling process of metal strip on a multi-roll arrangement is investigated detailed by nonlinear finite element method and many rules to guide the strain, deformation, stress and bending moment are discovered and illustrated.

本文的主要内容和成果如下： 1、以平面假设为前提，采用解析分析方法，建立了以相对张力和相对弯曲曲率为基本参数的平面应变金属带材拉伸弯曲变形基本原理较为系统的描述，描述涉及到应力分布与两个基本参数的关系、带材塑性延伸的边界条件、带材延伸率的计算、带材张力变化的计算等。

Firstly, the normal stress distribution over the 3D slip surface is initially assumed, which is modified by a function with five parameters involved for the rigorous solution, or by a function with four parameters involved for the quasi-rigorous solution.
