A new particle swarm optimization, PSO with bounded mutation operator, was developed. In contrast to the original PSO, in this algorithm, PSO with bounded mutation operator would make the particles redistributed cquably close to boundary when place of particle exceeds feasible region during iteration.

提出了一种新的粒子群优化算法——带边界变异的PSO，其原理是：在迭代的过程中，当粒子的位置超出可行域时，带边界变异的PSO让粒子的位置重新均匀分布在边界附近；当粒子的速度超出可行域时，则使其均匀分布到整个可行区间，而不是像原始PS0那样在这2种情况下都只是简单地取边界值。

The theoretical and computational results show that an important reason resulting in eccentric wear of the inner cylinder and the pumping rod lies in the nonuniformity of the stress distribution on the outwall of the inner cylinder which yields excentralization effect of the pumping rod when swabbing fluid flows in eccentric annuli with the pumping rod moving axially in a well.

在实验上，通过不同重量百分比浓度的HPAM水溶液在内管做轴向往复运动的偏心环空中非定常流实验，把由理论公式算得的时间平均流量与实验中测得的时间平均流量做了比较，验证了本文数值计算幂律流体在内管做轴向往复运动的偏心环空中非定常流方法的正确性；上述的理论与计算表明，抽油机井杆管偏磨的一个重要原因是，在聚驱工况下，抽汲液体在抽油杆做轴向运动的井筒中流动时，抽汲液体作用在抽油杆外壁上的压力分布的不均匀性所引起的抽油杆在井筒中的偏心效应。

The results indicated that (1) the 147Pm, 141Ce and 147Nd had strong adsorptivity in soil, so they were hard to transfer and easily accumulated in soil or sediment;(2) all the organisms (5 aquaties and 4 eatable plants) tested showed apparent 147Pm concentrating capabilities;(3)the residues of 147Pm, 141Ce and 147Nd were unevenly distributed in the animal's viscera and tissues, higher residues were found in bone, marrow, eye, brain, heart, adipose and testis, showing selective accumulation;(4) with intraperitioneal dosing of Nd or Ce 200mg ·kg -1 apparent inhibition to gonadial hormone secretion in mice was found and with 200 and 800mg·-1 of Ce added in feed, the malformation rate of spematozoon showed higher.

综合研究结果表明： 14 7Pm、14 1Ce和14 7Nd在土壤中具有强的吸附性，而且难以迁移，易于在土壤和底泥中积累；( 2 )供试的 5种水生生物、4种陆生食用植物对14 7Pm均具有明显的富集性；( 3) 14 7Pm、14 1Ce、14 7Nd在动物体内脏器和组织间呈不均匀分布，在骨骼、骨髓、眼、大脑、心脏、脂肪和睾丸中残留量较高，表现了明显的选择性蓄积；( 4 )一次性腹腔注射2 0 0mg·kg-1的Ce和Nd对小鼠性腺激素的分泌有明显的抑制作用，以 2 0 0和80 0mg·-1的Ce随饲料摄入对雄性小鼠精子畸形率明显升高。

Beijing environmental problems hold severe, and atmospheric and water pollute, soil and water loss, hot island and yawp are leading problems,and take on territorial characteristic. Based on research on relativity between urban forest and these environmental problems, urban forest can effective improve environmental quality in Beijing. And for the aim of improve environmental quality, Beijing forest overlay should attain 35% at least in citywide range, and local-areas being severe environmental problem should be provided with higher forest overlay.5. Through the study on urban forest needed capacity, Beijing's forest coverage is up to par in citywide range, but montanic forest coverage, plain covered with trees and average forest area are lacking, and CO2 and O2 balance is incapable;form the point of heat and balance CO2 and O2 balance,urban forest the city zone and suburb is lack. There is urban forest developmental potential space,but the city zone and suburb area need be compensated form urban forest in circumjacent region.6. On the based of the above results and ecological network system, the author drived whole region into city area, plain and mountain area are needed at the point of planning thoughts of running-through forests and water .

根据城市森林与北京市主要环境问题的相关性分析，城市森林在改善这些环境问题中具有重要的作用，为有效改善这些环境问题，整个北京市域范围内森林覆盖率至少达到35%，并且分布比较均匀，环境问题严重的局部区域需要不同程度增加森林覆盖率。5、通过对北京市城市森林需求量研究发现，虽然在市域范围内北京森林覆盖率达到了国家标准，但是山区森林覆盖率、平原林木覆盖率、城区人均森林面积不足；从区域热平衡和碳氧平衡角度分析，城区和郊区不能满足本区域的城市森林需求量，虽然北京市城市森林具有一定的发展潜力，整体上基本可以满足城市需要，但是这些区域需要依靠周边区域城市森林的补偿。6、根据以上的研究结果，以中国森林生态网络体系建设的点、线、面布局理念为指导，以&林网化——水网化&作为优化理念，将北京市整个市域划分为城区近郊区及其辐射区域，平原区和山区三大区域，依据三大区域特点进行城市森林布局优化。

实践表明，利用外加磁场对焊接中熔滴的过渡、熔池金属的流动、熔池的结晶形核及结晶生长等过程有显著作用，使堆焊层的一次结晶组织细化，控制硬质相的分布，减小化学不均匀性，从而提高了堆焊层金属的硬度和耐磨性，全面改善堆焊层的性能。

The results of cold-flow model test indicate:(1) the pressure drop rises with increasing air quantity and solids quantity respectively, however, much more air quantity and solids quantity minish in the same height position;(2) the pressure drop rises with increasing solids quantity;(3) the average granule concentration minishes with increasing air quantity, and rises with increasing the granule quantity in the same level position;(4) the inhomogeneity of distribution granule concentration minishes with increasing air quantity, and rises with increasing the granule quantity in the same level position.

结果表明：(1)在同一高度截面上，循环流化床反应器炉膛内压降随风量的增加而增加，但是风量过于增大反而使压降在同一截面上减小；(2)压降随初始物料量的增加而增加；(3)在同一水平截面上，颗粒浓度随风量的增大而逐渐减小，随物料量的增大而增大；(4)颗粒浓度分布的不均匀性随风量的增大逐渐减小，随物料量的增加不断增大。

The results of cold - flow model test indicate that pressure drop rises with increasing air quantity and solids quantity respectively, however, much more air quantity will make pressure drop minish in the same height position;The average concentration of granule minishes with increasing air quantity, and rises with increasing solids quantity in the same height position;The inhomogeneity of distribution of the average granule concentration minishes with increasing air quantity, and rises with increasing the granule quantity.

冷态实验结果表明：流化床内同一高度截面与基准面之间的压差是随风量的增加而增加的，但是风量过于增大反而使同一高度截面与基准面之间的压差减小了，同时，压差是随初始物料量的增加而逐渐增加的；在同一高度截面上，颗粒平均浓度随风量的增大而逐渐减小的，随物料量的逐渐增大而增大的；颗粒浓度分布的不均匀性随风量的增大而逐渐减小，而随物料量的增加而不断增大的。
