In relationship with vegetations of Yunnan, the genera of Tropical Asia, Old world tropics and Tropical Asia to Australia distributions occur mainly in the tropical forests in southern Yunnan; the genera of Pantropical and Tropical Asia to Tropical Africa distributions occur mainly in the vegetations on dry and hot valleys; the genera of North temperate distribution occur mainly in forests on mountains with a cold and wet climate, while the genera of East Asian, East Asian and North America disjunct, and Old world temperate distributions occur mainly in the vegetations of the area with a warm climate.

在与云南植被的关系上，热带亚洲分布属、旧世界热带分布属和热带亚洲至热带大洋洲分布属是云南热带森林的主要成分；全热带分布属和热带亚洲至热带非洲分布属是干热河谷植被的主要成分，北温带分布属主要出现在冷湿山地森林植被中，而东亚分布属、东亚和北美洲间断分布属及旧世界温带分布属与温凉气候地区的森林植被联系相对密切。

First, the orthogonal test is conducted, and the results show that slurry concentration and momentum driftage of oxidic atmosphere has a great influence on both grain size and concentration distributions; agitated manner has little influence on either grain size and concentration distributions; agitated power has little influence on concentration distribution, but has a great influence on grain size distribution.

首先用正交试验组织了试验研究，并采用直观分析法和方差分析法对正交试验结果进行了分析，发现浆液浓度对沿浆池高度气液固三相的浓度分布不均匀性有特别显著性影响，对颗粒粒度分布不均匀性有显著性影响；浆池内氧化气体的动量流率对沿浆池高度气液固三相的浓度分布不均匀性和颗粒粒度分布不均匀性有特别显著性影响；搅拌方式对沿浆池高度气液固三相的浓度分布不均匀性和颗粒粒度分布不均匀性影响不大；搅拌功率对沿浆池高度气液固三相的浓度分布不均匀性影响不大，而对颗粒粒度分布不均匀性有显著影响。

The main work can be summed up as follows: Firstly, we studied the thermal-field properties of VCSELs, and analyzed the influences of current spreading, material parameters and operating conditions on the temperature distributions. Secondly, we began with the electrode voltage and calculated the equipotential s distributions, compared the distributions of voltages and current densities in different depths of VCSELs, and then studied the influences of the oxide-confining region with different position or thickness, and the different sizes of the gain-guided aperture and emitting window on the distributions of the injected current density, carrier concentration and temperature in the active region. Thirdly, we realized the coupling of electricity, optical and thermal-fields, worked out the threshold voltage, calculated the distributions of the injected current density, carrier concentration and temperature under different offset voltages, and analyzed the impacts of temperature profile and carrier density on the refractive index, Fermi levels and optical-field. Finally, we gave the equipotential line distributions with considering N-DBR and double oxidized-confining regions, and analyzed theinfluences of N-DBR and double oxide-confining regions on the distributions of the current density, carrier concentration, temperature and optical-field.

具体工作可以概括如下：首先，研究了VCSEL的热场特性，分析了电流扩展，材料参数和工作条件对于温度分布的影响；其次，从电极电压入手，计算出激光器中的等势线分布，并对不同深度处的电压和电流分布进行比较，研究了高阻区的不同位置和不同厚度、限制层和出射窗口半径的大小对电流密度、载流子浓度和温度分布的影响；再次，实现了电、光、热耦合，求出了阈值电压，计算了不同偏置电压下的电流密度分布、载流子浓度分布和热场分布，分析了温度和载流子浓度变化对折射率、费米能级和光场的影响；最后，给出了考虑N-DBR和双氧化限制层时激光器中的等势线分布，分析了N-DBR和双氧化限制层对VCSEL电流密度、载流子浓度、温度和光场分布的影响。

Results: GLMMs allow the index may be one of the exponential family (Contimuum distributions including Nomal ,beta distribution ,chisquared distribution etc;Disperse distributions including Binomal ,Poisson and inverse Binomal etc), the vecor of expected means of the index is linked to the model parameters by a link function and model the linear equation, simple the calculator procedure.

结果： 广义线性混合效应模型允许临床疗效评价指标是指数家族中任意分布（如：连续分布包括正态分布、beta分布、卡方分布等；离散分布包括二项分布、泊松分布、负二项分布等），可以通过连接函数将疗效指标的均数向量与模型参数建立线性关系，简化运算过程。

This dissertation investigates the construction of pseudo-random sequences (pseudo-random numbers) from elliptic curves and mainly analyzes their cryptographic properties by using exponential sums over rational points along elliptic curves. The main results are as follows:(1) The uniform distribution of the elliptic curve linear congruential generator is discussed and the lower bound of its nonlinear complexity is given.(2) Two large families of binary sequences are constructed from elliptic curves. The well distribution measure and the correlation measure of order k of the resulting sequences are studied. The results indicate that they are "good" binary sequences which give a positive answer to a conjecture proposed by Goubin et al.(3) A kind of binary sequences from an elliptic curve and its twisted curves over a prime field F_p. The length of the sequences is 4p. The "1" and "0" occur almost the same times. The linear complexity is at least one-fourth the period.(4) The exponential sums over rational points along elliptic curves over ring Z_ are estimated and are used to estimate the well distribution measure and the correlation measure of order k of a family of binary sequences from elliptic curves over ring Z_.(5) The correlation of the elliptic curve power number generator is given. It is proved that the sequences produced by the elliptic curve quadratic generator are asymptotically uniformly distributed.(6) The uniform distribution of the elliptic curve subset sum generator is considered.(7) We apply the linear feedback shift register over elliptic curves to produce sequences with long periods. The distribution and the linear complexity of the resulting sequences are also considered.

本文研究利用椭圆曲线构造的伪随机序列，主要利用有限域上椭圆曲线有理点群的指数和估计讨论椭圆曲线序列的密码性质——分布、相关性、线性复杂度等，得到如下主要结果：(1)系统讨论椭圆曲线-线性同余序列的一致分布性质，即该类序列是渐近一致分布的，并给出了它的非线性复杂度下界；(2)讨论两类由椭圆曲线构造的二元序列的"良性"分布与高阶相关性(correlation of order κ)，这两类序列具有"优"的密码性质，也正面回答了Goubin等提出的公开问题；(3)利用椭圆曲线及其挠曲线构造一类二元序列，其周期为4p(其中椭圆曲线定义在有限域F_p上)，0-1分布基本平衡，线性复杂度至少为周期的四分之一；(4)讨论了剩余类环Z_上的椭圆曲线的有理点的分布估计，并用于分析一类由剩余类环Z_上椭圆曲线构造的二元序列的伪随机性；(5)讨论椭圆曲线-幂生成器序列的相关性及椭圆曲线-二次生成器序列的一致分布；(6)讨论椭圆曲线-子集和序列的一致分布；(7)讨论椭圆曲线上的线性反馈移位寄存器序列的分布，线性复杂度等性质。

In this paper,we propose a novel model named distribution-free data density estimation,which is based on distribution-free(i.e.,independent of data distributions) sampling on global cumulative distribution to achieve high estimation accuracy with low estimation cost regardless of distribution models of the underlying data.

分布无关密度估计算法首先将底层数据的任意分布转换成一中间分布——累计概率分布函数。由于累计概率分布函数的输出在[0，1]之间均匀分布，因此接着对累计概率分布函数的输出随机采样，可以准确估计当前网络中数据的密度分布。

Then,we improve CSFP Model in two aspects:when we ascertain the frequency of default,we use negative binomial distribution to substitute Poisson distribution so that the model can measure the data better;when we ascertain the loss distribution of default,we use Γ-distribution to substitute normal distribution.

其创新与特色一是对贷款组合的风险暴露数进行分段，在每一频段上分别确定风险暴露数分布，进而可以更准确的描述各笔贷款的风险暴露数。二是在确定风险暴露数分布时，用Γ分布替代了传统的正态分布，解决了贷款违约的风险暴露数分布的厚尾问题，进而解决了大宗贷款违约的风险度量问题。三是确定违约频率时，用负二项分布来代替传统的泊松分布，解决了违约频率的方差通常要大于其均值的分布拟合问题。
