Microsatellite markers are used to analyze the genetic background of KM outbred mice from Shanxi. The two populations were bred by mating in an outbred manner for nine generations and nineteen generations (named A9 and A19 respectively). Seven SSR markers located on seven different chromosomes were utilized in this research, D3Mit22 was selected for detailed analysis.

应用微卫星分子标记对昆明小鼠封闭群相隔10代的两个群体（分别命名为A9和A19）进行遗传背景分析，共设计位于小鼠7条染色体上的7对微卫星引物用于实验研究，选取具有多态性的一个微卫星位点D3Mit22进行详细分析。

The CMS line 9704A, the restorer 8001 and F, population of 9704AX8001 containing 120 individual plants were used for molecular mapping of the restorer gene by bulked segregant analysis. 515 decamer primers with arbitrary sequences were chosen for polymerase chain reaction amplification. It is found that the polymorphism between the parents could be detected by 43. 8% of the primer and one RAPD marker OPL09-76I was tightly linked to the restorer gene of the restorer 8001 with the overcross value of 4.17% and genetic distance of 4. 18cM. The marker was repeatable and easy to score.

以辣椒CHS系9704A、恢复系8001及其组合9704A×8001F_2群体120株植株为材料，利用群分法法进行恢复基因定位，通过515个随机引物的PCR扩增分析，发现43.8％的引物在双亲间表现出多态性，找到一个与辣椒CMS恢复系8001中的恢复基因紧密连锁的分子标记OPL09_(-763)，该标记与8001的恢复基因的交换值为4.17％，遗传距离为4.18cM。

Down-regulated expression of PTEN and up-regulated expression of VEGF〓 were considered as two important events in tumorigenesis of ovarian cancer and could act as molecular markers to indicate the pathobiological behaviors of ovarian cancer. Decreased PTEN expression and increased VEGF〓 expression were closely associated with tumorigenesis and pathobiological behaviors of ovarian endometrioid and serous cancer respectively. Reduced expression of PTEN gene might be involved in carcinogenesis and progression of ovarian cancer by up-regulating the VEGF〓 expression to enhance angiogenesis.
