Anethole accounted for 82.65% of the whole oil. Selective isolation of anethole form the volatile oil was carried out using an inclusion crystalline method with 1,1,6,6- tetraphenylhexa- 2,4-diyne-1,6-diol inclusion complex with anethole . The crystal structure of the inclusion complex was determined by IR, 1^H NMR and single crystal XRD techniques.

采用包结结晶方法对小茴香挥发油中的对-丙烯基茴醚进行了选择性分离，以1，1，6，6-四苯基-2，4-已二炔-1，6-二醇作为主体分子，小茴香挥发油中的对-丙烯基茴香醚作为客体分子，D.D选择性地与之形成超分子包结物晶体。

Major research work and conclusions are summarized as follows:1 The development of molecular distillation are reviewed in respect of the principle, model research and application; The technical and structure parameters are analyzed with respect to the evaporation rate and separation factor.2 Based on analysis of heat transfer and mass transfer process in WFMD, the discretization forms of bow wave ordinary differential equations and film partial differential equations are obtained with Runge-Kutta method and finite difference method respectively.

The study result has provided the important high vibrational excited state energy level and the reliable dissociation energy data for the research partial dissociating gas physics and the chemical property.

鉴于气体双原子分子H2、O2、N2和CO的高振动激发态能级和离解行为在实际研究中的重要性，本文应用代数方法和代数能量方法，以部分气体双原子分子有限的实验能级［E］为基础，获得了H2-X1Σ、O2-A^3Σ、O2-c1Σ、N2-X1Σ和CO-X^1Σ共5个电子态的完全振动能谱｛E｝及其分子的离解能，为研究部分离解气体的物理和化学性质提供了重要的高振动激发态能级和可幸的离解能数据。

NaA zeolite membranes have been found a potential application in the separation of the small-sized gas molecules by molecular sieving and dehydration of liquid mixtures by pervaporation. However, there are some problems in the preparation in the NaA zeolite membranes such as the scarce support types, insufficient study on the synthesis rules and few literature concerning the NaA zeolite membranes preparation on the inner surface of the tubular support.

Armillaria luteo-virens is a ectomycorrhizal fungus symbiotic with some species of Kobresia in Tibet Plateau, China. A strain was recently isolated from fruitbody tissue of the fungus. To determine whether the strain is the pure culture of the fungus, the internal transcribed spacer region and the first intergenic spacer region (IGS-1) of the nuclear ribosomal DNA of fruiting body and the isolated strain were sequenced and compared. Further, the 5.8S/ITS and IGS-1 sequences of the species were BLAST matched with GenBank database on homology and a phylogenetic tree was constructed based on 5.8S/ITS sequence and two phylogenetic trees were constructed separately based on two IGS-1 sequences.

首次从采自青藏高原、与高原牧草嵩草属Kobresia草本植物形成外生菌根的黄绿蜜环菌Armillaria luteo-virens子实体中分离获得一组织分离菌株，运用rDNA-ITS和rDNA-IGS-1测序技术对该组织分离菌株是否为黄绿蜜环菌的纯培养菌种进行分子鉴定，并基于黄绿蜜环菌的5.8S/ITS和IGS-1序列进行核酸序列数据库GenBank同源性检索比对、构建系统发育树。

Finally, wetested its antibacterial activities by E.coli and S.aureus.Methods In this research, the recombinded gene was cloned into the secretion vector pTYB12 and expressed in the E.coli BL21DE3. We did the preliminary research on secretion-expression of the gene. During the purification procedure, we used the chintin beads to wash off the sundry protein, then dialysed the collecting liquid to get rid of the salinity and the other small molecular peptides.

Sample matrix are discharged by the pre-column. The mobile phases applied consisted of 0.1% HOAc (pH3.0) acetonitrile-water on extraction column with UV detection at 225nm.
