objective:to explore the method of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of oligohydramnios in late pregnancy,the association of olignophdramnios with pregnant complications and its effect on perineonate.methods:the clinical data in 84 patient with oligohydramnios from january 2004 to december 2006 in our hospital were collected,and 100 patients with normal amniotic fluid volume selected randomly served as control at the same time.the complications of pregnancy and adverse perinatal outcomes were analysed.results:afi method was much better than afv in diagnosis of oligohydramnios by ultrasonography.the combination of both methods could obviously improve the diagnostic accuracy of oligohydramnios.oligohydramnios could cause pregnant complications,the rate of cesarean section,fetal distress,asphyxia neonatorum and meconium -stained fluid improved significantly.conclusion:oligohydramnios in late pregnancy can cause adverse effect to perineonate,it is a dangerous omen to perineonate and need to be done immediately.ultrasonography is a dependable diagnostic method of oligohydramnios in late pregnancy.

目的：探讨超声诊断晚期妊娠羊水过少的方法，羊水过少与妊娠并发症的关系及对围生儿的影响。方法：收集我院2004年1月~2006年12月住院分娩足月妊娠产妇超声诊断羊水过少者84例，与临床符合率相比较，同时随机抽取同期在我院住院分娩的羊水量正常孕妇100例作为对照组，两组妊娠并发症及围生儿情况进行比较。结果：超声诊断羊水过少afi法优于afv法，两种方法结合可明显提高羊水过少的诊断准确率，羊水过少易伴发妊娠并发症，且妊娠晚期羊水过少孕妇剖宫产率及胎儿窘迫、羊水粪染、新生儿窒息的发生率明显增加，差异均有显著性。结论：妊娠晚期羊水过少会给围生儿造成不良的影响，是危险的征兆，需及时处理，超声检查是产前诊断羊水过少的可靠方法。

The un ique blockings to sense and motor were obviously separate, having no obvious eff ect to blood stream of uterus and placenta, being benificial to analgesia in per inatal. The 0.16%Rop was a more ideal local anaesthesia agent than 0.2%Rop .

罗哌卡因独特的感觉和运动阻滞明显分离，对子宫胎盘血流无明显影响，有利于分娩镇痛。0.2%Rop较0.16%对运动神经阻滞的频率和程度更重，0.16%Rop对于分娩镇痛是一种比较理想的局部麻醉药。

BP, SpO2, EKG, PETCO2, cerrical contraction , fetal cardiac sounds were monitored continuously in the perinatal analgesia pe riod. The analgesia effects were determined by giving a mark for pain by VAPS, motor nerve blockings were given amark by Bromage scale; Apgar scale were conduc ted 1-5 min after neonates were labored out.

围分娩镇痛期连续监测血压、脉氧饱和度(SpO2)、EKG、PETCO2、宫缩及胎心音，记录产程时间；镇痛效果采用 VAPS 评分法进行疼痛评分，运动神经阻滞以 Bromage分级评分；新生儿出生后1～5 min进行 Apg ar评分，分娩后24 h新生儿 NACS评分。

To shorten the stage of labor and to accelerate delivery, 168 primiparae were observed when they got nipples stimulation.

1997年5月—12月采用刺激乳头的方法对168例自然分娩的初产妇产程进行观察，并与1996年5月—12月自然分娩的212例初产妇进行对照。

They were admitted from May to Dec.in 1997 and delivered spontaneously. 212 primiparae who had normal deliveries from May to Dec in 1996 were chosen as control group.

现将观察结果报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 对象将1997年5月—12月在我科住院并自然分娩的初产妇168例作为观察组，1996年5月—12月住院自然分娩的初产妇212例作为对照组。

Methods 120 healthy primiparae were involved in our study.Their psychosises were evaluated according to Hamilton depression scale.Delivery mode and postpartum hemorrhage were observed.Women were divided into caesarean section,forceps and natural groups according to different mode of delivery,as well as into hemorrhage and non hemorrhage groups according to occurance of hemorrhage or not after labor.

120例健康初产妇以汉密顿焦虑量表和抑郁量表评定精神状态，观察其分娩方式及产后出血状况；按分娩方式不同分为剖宫产组、钳产组及顺产组；按是否有产后出血分产后出血组及产后无出血组。

Methods:Investigation group included sixty parturient nulliparas used ambulatory labor analgesia from active phase of labor.Control group included sixty parturient nulliparas without use of ambulatory labor analgesia.

研究组为无内科并发症的正常初产妇共60例，产程中采用分娩镇痛；对照组为无内科并发症的正常初产妇60例，产程中不采用分娩镇痛。

Purpose To approach to e fficacy of transcutaneous electrical ner ve stimulation for labor pain of parturient.Methods 120 parturients were randomly divided into TENS,oxytocin and control groups,and labor pain,pain tendency,cervical opening time,effcetive uterine contraction rate and blood cort isol content were compared in the three groups.
