RESULTS: Among the 536 children, 92 cases had Caesarean birth (17.2%), 49 cases had dystocia of normal labor (9.1%), 395 cases had natural labor (73.7%) includidng 53 cases with premature birth (9.9%). Among these children, 284 cases were ametropic amblyopia (53.0%), 138 cases were strabismic amblyopia (25.8%), 91 cases were anisometropic amblyopia (17.0%), 17 cases were form deprivation amblyopia (3.2%) and 6 cases were classified as other amblyopia (1.1%).

结果：536例弱视儿中出生时剖腹产92例占17.2%、自然分娩难产49例占9.1%、自然分娩顺产395例占73.7%，其中早产儿53例占9.9%；弱视儿中屈光不正性弱视284例占53.0%、斜视性弱视138例占25.7%、屈光参差性弱视91例占17.0%、形觉剥夺性弱视17例占3.2%、其它6例占1.1%。

The analgetic effects,stage of labor,the blood lost during the first 2 hours after delivery,the application of mesotocin during the delivery course,blood gas analysis of parturient arteria radialis and the newborn umbilical venous blood,and the Apgar score of the infants were observed respectively.

观察两组产妇分娩镇痛的效果、各产程的时间、分娩过程中催产素使用情况、产后2 h失血量、产妇桡动脉血和新生儿脐静脉血血气分析及新生儿Apgar评分。

结果 中国女性压力性尿失禁的患病影响因素有慢性支气管炎、尿路感染、糖尿病、心血管疾病、分娩方式、绝经、肥胖、分娩次数等。

Results: 8 cases of patients were vaginal delivery; cesarean section delivery in parallel with hysteromyomectomy were 21 cases;1 case was multiple fibroids and the diameters were＞5 cm, with more bleeding and a larger wound during the operation d, so we took total hysterectomy to avoid infection; 1 case of cervical fibroids, which did not be removed in the cesarean section because of its special position.

结果：患者阴道分娩8例；行剖宫产术分娩并行子宫肌瘤剔除术21例；1例为肌瘤多发，且直径均＞5 cm，术中出血较多，且创面较大，为避免感染和出血行全子宫切除；1例为子宫颈肌瘤，因其特殊位置，剖宫产时未行剔除术。

Methods:during the year 2003 to 2006,3298 patients with vaginal delivery received 2 kinds of skin preparations.retrospective study was conducted to investigate the effect of skin preparation methods on the healing of mediolateral episiotomy.rerults:there was no different effect on the wound healing of mediolateral episiotomy between the 2 kinds of skin preparation.conclusions:non-shaving method has no adverse effect on the sterilization of operation field in vaginal delivery.moreover it can save the time of nuring,lower the costs,ease the uncomfortable feeling .therefore,we consider the non-shaving method has advantage over the shaving one.the former is simple and effective which is an ideal way to simplify nursery procedure and spare nursery resource.

收集我院2003年至2006年间共3298例阴道分娩的产妇采用两种不同的备皮方法，观察两种备皮方法对会阴侧切伤口的影响进行回顾性对比分析。结果：两种备皮方法对会阴侧切伤口的愈合影响无明显差异。结论：不剃毛的会阴备皮方法对阴道分娩的手术野消毒无不良影响，并且能够节省护理操作时间、降低产妇费用、减轻产妇不适，所以不剃毛的备皮方法优于剃毛的备皮方法，不剃毛的备皮方式简单而有效，是简化护理工作程序及节省护理人力资源的理想办法。

Methods Eighty healthy nulliparous parturients scheduled for patientcontrolled epidural analgesia in labour, were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=20) according to different infusion speed:group I with a speed of 4 ml/h, group II with 6 ml/h, group III with 8 ml/h, group IV with 10 ml/h.

对80 例行自然分娩的单胎足月初产妇，均采用硬膜外自控分娩镇痛，根据不同背景输注速率随机分为四组，A组输注速率为4 ml/h，B组为6 ml/h，C组为8 ml/h，D组为10 ml/h。

Methods 134 cases frome May to July 2003 in our hospital were allocated to observation group,while 115 cases during the same period of last year to control group.All the objectives were in proper age,term birth and nulliparous. differences between the two groups were observed with regard to the duration of labor stage,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia,the rates of super-quality delivery and maternity satisfaction.
