分块设计

The contents of the course include: what operating system are, what they do, how they are designed, and where they came from; a general history and explanations of computer system, and some discussion on hardware and the relation between operating system and other software; concept of process, process states and process control block, process queue, management of processes; concepts of sequent programming and parallel programming, process synchronization and its application, process communication; scheduling level and job state transition, job scheduling, process scheduling, and methods for scheduling; deadlock and its necessary conditions, deadlock prevention, control and recovery of deadlock; fixed partition, multiple partition and replacement partition memory management, swapping and overlays; page, segmentation and segmentation with paging storage management, basic concept of virtual memory management, and page, segmentation and segmentation with paging memory management.

课程的内容包括：计算机系统概述、操作系统的形成、发展、功能、特性、类型和发展趋势；操作系统的硬件环境、操作系统与其它系统软件的关系；进程的概念、进程的状态和进程控制块、进程队列、进程的管理；顺序程序设计和并行程序设计概念、进程间的同步与互斥、同步机构应用、进程间通信；调度的层次和作业状态转换，作业的调度、进程调度、调度算法；死锁问题的提出、死锁的必要条件、死锁的预防、避免、控制和恢复；固定分区、可复分区、多重分区内存管理技术以及覆盖技术和交换技术；分页域、分段域、段页域存储管理技术、虚拟存储管理的基本概念、分页域、分段域、段页域虚拟存储管理。

The metal mold design now adopt a form of one mole but six cayities ,this way can improve the efficiency;the mold's joint face is the ball's neutral plane,that makes the mold opened convenient;In the gating,the runner and the riser is the same ,and this design adopt scum riser,that make sure a better routing and make sure the casting's feeding;the mold use gravity to lockwasher itself;the core's material is quartz sand,and spread high tempearature resistant dope on it;In the design, same taper in the guide bush of the core box is needed to make sure open the mold easily;The insert blocks of the core box are made by numercial control processing,this way reduce the cost of production; the scale division positioner make sure the same specification has better interchangeability,also,as all the machining can be finished on the general machine tool,it make the cost low,so it can be spreaded abundant in the medium and minor enterprise;when workout the mold's processing technology,this design adopt the rough's two end plane as benchmark,the ball cavities are machined by scale division positioner;then use Autocad,Pro/e to draw planar and three dimension blueprint,use Pro/e to make three-dimensional animation.

本次设计的群铸模具采用一模六腔形式，生产效率高；模具分型面选择磨球的中性面，使得分模方便；浇注系统采用浇冒口一体形式和集渣包设计，保证了良好的加工工艺和补缩；锁模方式为重力锁模；砂芯采用石英砂，并在表层涂以耐高温涂料；芯盒导套选择一定的锥度，使取模容易；芯盒镶块运用数控加工，降低了生产成本；分度胎具保证了同种规格模具具有良好的互换性，而且因为所有加工基本都可以在普通机床上完成，生产成本低，可以为中小型企业普遍采用；在加工工艺编制过程中，采用两端面互为基准，球腔用专业夹具加工；Autocad，Pro/e分别制作了模具的二维和三维立体图，并运用Pro/e制作了三维动画演示。

The valve tray, fragmented tray, signal overflow bow downcomer, and standard ellipsoidal head were selected in this design.

本次设计选用浮阀塔盘，分块式塔盘，单溢流弓形降液管，标准椭圆形封头，塔体材料选用16MnR，裙座材料为Q235-A。

One is local entropy difference image matching parallel algorithm based on LS MPP, and the other one is local entropy difference image blocking matching parallel algorithm which is designed and realized by strategy combined folding sum, overlay windows mapping, with recurrence calculation column sum and row sum.

In the paper,the simulation model of mineral processing is given,the automatic solving method of sequential modular approach for simulation calculation is described,the system partition method based on reachability matrix method is introduced,and then,according to process topological structure,the ring break method based on breadth-first searching of directed graph is proposed.

首先给出选矿流程模拟模型；接着阐述了序贯模块法用于选矿流程模拟计算的自动解算方法，给出了基于可及矩阵法的系统分块方法，根据选矿流程拓扑结构特点，提出了基于有向图广度优先搜索的环路切割方法；说明了基于序贯模块法的流程模拟软件设计思路。
